I was making a "scrap book" of a significant trip that I took in honor of my grandfather (right before I found out that he was in hospice) so getting these photos was a big deal. I messed up my own deliverable and needed to edit it and send it back to them to print. I called and they made sure they would put my two separate orders in but package them together for me. Grace was very nice and understanding about this entire thing. I then kept bugging Jake and asked about selling gear (because my stuff is just sitting), so I picked up the prints and brought my DSLR.
