From the first phone call, Ayom was patient and, although, we already had a draft, it required a lot of edits and back and forth design input from him. We did not pay for design services but, Ayom caught typos, and made several suggestions to make the finished product better. He was very encouraging, collaborative and patient and he probably could have charged me more for the value that he provided. As if that was not enough, on the day of the service, we ran out of programs and I texted to see if I could order more copies and get them in 2 hours.....Ayom came through and offered to deliver them to the church or hotel. The product and service far exceeded everyone's expectations. The program is the star of the show at funerals and I needed the family to be happy with it. My friend could not stop thanking me for choosing the right printer who realized their vision of how to memorialize their mother. I believe they have slightly higher pricing compared to going to the UPS shipping facility in Hammond but, this location is further away and not as convenient. They have shipping supplies here for purchase. Also, they offer boxing up your items for shipping at a cost. Ample parking is available and traffic light near strip mall entrance makes it easy to get to and leave.

My main concerns were that my child felt loved, safe and happy and Lil Rascals accomplished this. My son absolutely loved going to "school" everyday (and he is not a social butterfly). He loved his teachers and his classmates. The hours were great at 6:30-6. The cost was in line with the area. In late April we were informed lil rascals was going under new ownership. It appeared the philosophy changed as curriculum being a priority. The price more than doubled for my son as a full time attendee at $10 per hour and the hours were cut from 7am to 5pm. My son no longer attends lil rascals.
