The quality was EXCELLENT on both types. Large format prints were very clear and were done between one and two hours of the order. Scanning was literally a lunch break drop off and pickup. We opened our brand new office a few months ago and have been working with Heron from initial design, to permitting, to the final install. Anyone who has had to apply for building permits here in Chicago knows what a pain that can be but CN completely handled everything on their side. The installer team was very kind and accommodating, frequently checking in with me to ensure everything was going to plan. Our signs are wonderful and we couldn't be happier. On top of all of that, CN is fixing a vinyl wrap that I personally made a mistake creating. Five stars.

I emailed this company a picture of a yard sign I wanted made. Sign wasn't made according to the…read moredesign twice. This included misspelled words, not being double sided and not coming with a way to stick it in the ground. This could have been avoided with some better communication, like sending a proof before printing, but I didn't make a big deal out of it. Simply pointed out the errors. The problem came when the owner was extremely rude about having to redo the job. He resorted to shouting, name calling and hanging up on me. Now I've made three trips to this place and still don't have a sign. If you're looking for an efficient, respectful business to make your sign, avoid this place.
