I would never use this UPS again. I usually take my Amazon returns to Whole Foods, but while…read moreleaving Kroger I noticed this UPS and decided to change my returns to UPS instead. HUGE mistake. I went to the self service kiosk, but one of my five boxes top came open and all the contents fell out. So I walked up to the counter and asked a 40's Hispanic woman with just below shoulder length black hair, and THICK winged eye liner if I could have some tape for the box. She replied that she couldn't give me the tape gun but that I could bring the box to her and she would put a piece of tape on it. Now, before you start replying that "it's not UPS's responsibility to tape your box for you", the piece of tape I was asking for was just enough to cover the little flap that keeps a cardboard insert into a hole on a cardboard box, that then keeps the box closed. AND she replied that she would tape it. However, when I brought the box over, she just put it into a plastic bag. I asked her politely if she wouldn't mind just putting a little piece of tape over the insert so the contents didn't spill out into the bag. (Amazon has gotten crazy about not giving refunds when "every piece was not returned" even if literally every piece is in the bag). She replied that the bag would keep all the contents together. As I handed her the next box I repeated the request for her to please put a small piece of tape on the insert. She sighed very audibly and threw her head back slightly. She put a small piece of tape on the box, dropped it into the plastic bag and sat it to the side. I handed her the next box and she didn't even bother to look at me as she snatched it and dropped it into a plastic bag. I told her that I appreciated her taping the box to which she gave a non-verbal answer....I wasn't rude, I didn't make a ridiculous request and I didn't get angry, yell at or be little her, or demand that she tape the inserts. Yet, I was still left with a bad taste in my mouth after the interaction and found myself just wishing that I had instead gone to the clean, fresh aired Whole Foods with workers who greet me kindly and treat my returns with care. I can already tell I'll be on the phone with Amazon returns for these products to "fight" about how I should receive my refund. I will not be coming back to this UPS for anything, and I suggest that you don't either. I will drive the 6.2 miles out of my way, past this UPS, to take my Amazon returns to Whole Foods. Oh well, guess Bezo's wins anyway.

You have to call and tell them to find your email. Then they will commit to a completion time and not meet it. When you walk into the store no one greets you, you have to wait for them to be done with what the are doing for them to walk up and acknowledge you. Even if you are the only customer there. They misprint all the time and have to redo orders.
