Company Folders makes presentation folders for us which we use for sample mailings to our clients…read more We have used them for a few years now and always order the exact same thing. We have never changed the caliper of the board, the artwork, the coating - everything exactly the same. When we re-order the order process in tedious and laborious for a repeat order. The entire process usually takes 2-3 days to complete with forms to sign etc. This whole process should be streamlined to make the exact reorder process a breeze. I have saddle stitch booklets printed with another online company and these booklets are sent to clients inside these envelopes. I can reorder these booklets in under a minute since they are exact repeats so I know this can be done in the printing industry. As far as the folders themselves go, they are 2 spot color printed and the printing has always been correct, centered and true to color. There are gluing issues where the glue flap breaks at the very thin top and these are sent to us even though, once packed, it is very simple to see these broken flaps. Having been in the folding carton industry prior to this job we kept a box of finished pieces at the end of the folder/gluer that the packers could pull from to replace damaged pieces. Bottom line - Make it easier for your customers to do business with you and take the time to QC what you sell before you seal the box.
