After she ran off her ONLY PA's (that were caring for me under her), In her words, "You are a 30 minute patient and I only have 10 min per patient find someone else." She failed to provide continuity of care, a referral to another doctor, or any additional assistance. In my most serious time of need, she abandoned me due to the complexity of my case. In her words, "Everything wrong with you! Go somewhere else." I was seeing her PA's Tom Pham & Drew Reynolds but they walked out the same week without giving her notice. According to her staff, due to her anger issues they finally had enough. I had been there when she and Tom would scream & yell at each other and it was kind of scary & very unprofessional but I just thought it was an isolated incident and didn't dwell on it. Everyone has their bad days. However, I was continuing to get more sick & PA Drew wouldn't order certain tests & medication due to her disapproval of his thinking outside the box ways. She had control issues clearly but when it affects patient outcomes that's when it's more than concerning. Once her only PA's walked out, she was juggling both the Lake Nona & Dean Rd locations as the ONLY MD/provider until she hired Deann Le. However, Deann would only prove to back Dr Nguyen's conduct by also offering no assistance stating, "According to Dr Nguyen, you have to go somewhere else for your care." As it turns out, I now have been told that I have multiple overlapping autoimmune diseases & related complications due to the delay of care & for lack of care continuity. If you value your life or that of your loved ones, please go to a provider who WILL not limit your visits based on money alone but rather, a responsible physician. I found Dr Sarah Siddiqui and I'm thankful that I did. She's also in Lake Nona. I don't leave a serious review like this lightly. I finally left it in the hopes of maybe saving someone else from the nightmare that my family has had to endure due to her negligence. When I arrived I found grandson bandaged up with numbing cream and waiting to get a couple of staples to close his wound. He was happily playing and didn't seem distraught. My daughter told me that check in was a breeze and that although none of the employees identified themselves everyone treated them wonderfully. They were very happy that they decided to bring their son here. After about ten minutes of my being there 3 employees walked in without name tags. No one gave any indication about who they were or what their role was. No one appeared to be a doctor and no one took charge in explaining what was going to happen next. The young girl in the group stood back while a women cleaned the wound and a young man put two staples in my grandson's head. The staple gun malfunctioned so another one was found and the treatment was completed. My grandson was scared and teetering on escalating to distraught. Through the ordeal the women kept calling my grandson by an endearment instead of his name. After about the third time I told her that she was unknowingly confusing my 2 year old grandson by calling him by my dogs name. She covered her mouth like a school girl and giggled. I wasn't upset but I do think that young patients should be respected enough to be called gently by their names. The group did not consider that they are complete strangers and because of this interacting with a young child in a scary situation warrants respect and professionalism. Simply put......You should know your audience. It's great to be cool and relaxed with the parents but remember who your patient is and make an attempt to learn their names.

My daughter was diagnosed with walking pneumonia despite no imaging, no labs, and no clear clinical justification. She was prescribed an antibiotic, a steroid, and a nebulizer--without confirmation of any actual illness. The chart notes from PM list symptoms that do not align with pneumonia. The next day, she was taken to the ER at Southlake, where she received a full evaluation--including imaging. Their diagnosis? No pneumonia. She had a common cold. My son was seen the same day for a simple dry cough. He had previously tested positive for rhinovirus (a common cold), which was confirmed via lab. PM Pediatrics diagnosed him with a sinus infection and prescribed Augmentin--despite no nasal symptoms, no sinus pressure, no diagnostic tests, and a chart note that again, shows no symptoms consistent with sinusitis. He was later taken to Clermont Urgent Care, where they evaluated him and concluded it was just a cold. No antibiotics. No issue. I have video of both kids running and playing full-speed just two evenings later. They were misdiagnosed, overtreated, and their actual condition--completely benign--was verified by two separate, credible facilities. When I called PM to speak to the provider about what had happened, I was intercepted by a gatekeeper--I believe his name was Nolan--who was unprofessional, dismissive, and combative. He claimed to be a paramedic, yet completely disregarded the importance of parental input and medical follow-up. He made no effort to escalate my concerns, only to delay and block them. The provider eventually returned my call, but hours had passed. At that point, I took my children's care into the hands of real MDs--ones who care about root cause, proper diagnostics, and clinical integrity. PM Pediatrics is not a clinic built on safety. It is a speed-based operation that hands out prescriptions without proper assessment, treats concerned parents as problems, and prioritizes efficiency over accuracy. If you value your child's health, get a second opinion and ask for proof--because you won't get it here
