The second visit took much longer, and the wound was not as urgent as the first and took about two and a half hours. Overall, this is not a quick in and out place. You will absolutely get in and out quicker than going to an actual emergency room. In both of our experiences the physician was professional and explained what was going to happen. We had to wait for anesthetic to take effect before stitches could occur (timeline laid out). They came in and put the stitches in and got us out after that in roughly 10-20 minutes.
