He probed around with questions and was able to figure right away and after some evaluation that I had a bulging disc in my lower back. It took him only 2 sessions to COMPLETELY heal me! JUST AMAZING! He got me up and going in 2 days and I was able to enjoy my trip and time out of the country. I am so grateful for honest and reliable Dr's like Dr. Nolan. He is my go to from now on. I had my first appointment yesterday with Dr Haschultz at the Park Nicolette facility in Shakopee, MN. if there is one thing I know almost immediately about people, is if they CARE about what they do and if you can count on them giving their BEST efforts. In about 65 minutes, he basically knew my medical history and set me up with 4 different specialists. Ortho / Gastro / Cardio / Pain. I actually was contacted by 3/4 via text before leaving this appointment, and the fourth early this morning! In my somewhat educated opinion -- you simply cannot do a better job than Dr Haschultz did and everyone else I met was very cordial and professional also. I was just refused from my appointment because I was late. I was late bc this clinic had been…read morerelocated and I went to the old address. When I called the minute clinic phone number I was assured as long as I arrived within 15 min I would be seen. I arrived at 11 minutes after my appt and checked in, leaving my debit card number to be charged for the visit. The health care provider came out and saw I had checked in, then went next door to the medical assistant/nurse who takes vitals. She came out at 15 after and told me I would not be seen. My appt would have taken 5 min (ear check) and they refused to take vitals or check, there were no patients in the waiting room and the next appt was in 10 minute, they declined to help me by seeing if there were other appointments available that afternoon, they offered no channel for leaving feedback. While apologetic they were inflexible and dismissive. I will not go to this location, and would be hesitant to use Minute Clinic again knowing they have no mechanisms to take care of complaints on site, and staff are not encouraged to deliver customer service to help clients. In a world where private urgent cares are the last option for quick and inexpensive care, take yourself down the road to Med Express. Staff are responsive, helpful, and were able to expedite my visit.
