So rude! Don't go there! They make you feel like you don't know what you are talking about when explaining your symptoms.

We brought my son in to get a strep test, made an appointment online. When checking in the front…read moredesk lady was so rude, giving one word answers. Same continued when we were put in a room. The nurse/MA told my some were going to take vitals. He's 4, no clue what that means. So unfriendly and just inexperienced

I would give no stars if I could. I went in there yesterday to get my tb test read. I had my…read moreemotional support dog with me and I sat in the corner. The secretary said it was fine. A lady walked in and said , what is this dog in here for. The secretary said , she said it's a service dog. The lady, who must have been a nurse, said where's it's collar. I said it doesn't have a collar and I just need my tb test read. She said I am not doing anything until you put the dog in the car. BTW it is illegal to keep a dog locked in a car. I said I will sit in the car with the dog and you can text me when you can read my arm. She laughed at me and said we don't do that. She said if you walk out this door you will have to come back in and re-register and leave your dog in the car. I put my dog in the car and walked in and said I will not leave my dog in the car and she said , I don't like your attitude and I am not reading your arm. WTH Just ask nicely to come back without the dog and don't give me that attitude lady. My recruiter had to call another location and told them the issue and they took five minutes. This place is unprofessional and a joke they have the worst reputation and I will be reporting this lady to the police for telling me to leave my support dog in the car.

My husband went to see Dr. Mass for a work comp follow up. He made my husband and myself feel like…read morehe was actually listening and cared about what was going on. He sat right in front of my husband and talked to him and listened. We never felt rushed and all of our concerns were addressed. Will definitely be back if anything comes up. Dr. Mass is one of a kind it's very hard to find compassionate doctors like him these days. 5 stars !!!!!!

A couple of weeks ago I was cutting food in the kitchen and my dog got tangled in my legs. Long…read morestory short I ended up actually cutting my hand. I knew that it was severe enough that it needed attention but I also knew that I didn't want to go to the emergency room. There's so much stuff going on with Covid that I wanted another option. I was really happy to be able to go to the clinic. I walked in and within maybe 15 or 20 minutes I was talking to the doctor there who said that I needed stitches. Thankfully nothing else was wrong with my hand. He took a really good lookto make sure the tendon was still totally fine and that I would still have complete mobility in my hand. Several stitches later and a bandage I was sent home to heal. A week later I came back where they were able to take out the stitches because it was healing just fine. I really do recommend the clinic for folks who need medical assistance but Don't need an actual ER to service them.

Both my husband and I have been with his practice for 5 years. Everyone is kind and professional and efficient. Appts are easy to make. Waiting time, if any, is brief. They listen to what you say, you're never made to feel rushed, they give you options, and they guide you to the best path of treatment. Labs can be drawn there with results given within appropriate times. Return calls are always completed. For me, Dr Salvi is old-school, and that's a compliment for those of us who remember how doctors used to be......so with much gratitude to Dr Salvi and his team, and with much encouragement to the reader, you would be most happy at this practice. Blessings.

Dr. Salvi is warm and friendly and shares himself as a real person. He is the first doctor we've had in a long time who really seems to give you his full, caring attention. He contributes useful practical information in a discussion and brings good common sense into his practice as well as medical expertise. I love seeing a doctor who has expertise but also respects his clients' experience and the information they bring to the table. As I said to him, I think we've finally found our doc!!
