One nurse (who also had to run the front desk) and one nurse practitioner. That's it. Our 8:35 appointment didn't begin until 9:45. We didn't leave until nearly 10:30. Shame on those business owners who run this place so poorly!

12/5/24, I stand in line at the Pearl River location, alongside the rest of the town, to address a…read moresickness that is brutal. At the counter in front of me, is a cash-patient, who paid $150.00. Upon my turn at the counter, BCBS, according to Fast Pace, requires a $40.00 co-pay, which I paid with a VISA. I pay it, see the doctor, and go on with life. A month later (2025 / new year, new deductible) , I get a charge on that same VISA, from Fast Pace, in the amount of $211.75. In addition, an explanation of benefits statement from BCBS, implying that Fast Pace charged the insurance company well over $500.00. I thought it was $150.00; that was the case with many of the other customers that day, specifically the young lady in front of me. I called the local office, multiple times, no answer. I called Corporate, they instruct me to call Medi-Copy. I did, and instructed them to provide all medical records and the credit card authorization form I signed. I was sent my bill and records, but not the form. Further review states, that Fast Pace is notorious of this. So, it's just beginning. I have a meeting with the local authorities in the morning, I filed a complaint with the BBB earlier, I forwarded all the doc's to my attorney on retainer, and I intend to pursue this matter independently for a spell, just on principle. Never again my friends, and I don't recommend anyone on earth, using such entity. Upon reading reviews of Fast Pace on a nationwide level, this is common. In fact, I haven't found anyone yet with a wonderful description. What they are doing is fraud, and I plan to start the process to resolve it. Wish me luck - JS

The front office staff can be a hit or a miss. Today was a miss for me. You literally just stand there while waiting for someone to stop ignoring you even though they are looking right at you. *shrugs* Just watch out for the girl that throws the clipboard, you might catch her in a super bad mood one day and get the wrong end of the clipboard. If the front office doesn't scare you away, come to see Dr. Vu. He is a really nice guy and has a nice bedside manner. So no be afraid of asking him questions. Most of the people in the back are really helpful. :)

They hardly ever greet you when you go to the window and half the time you have to stand there for a while before someone even acknowledges you. Recently I've had a couple experiences with talking to them on the phone also and they were just as rude. However, Dr. Mai is great! I can say he's one of the best doctors I've had. He is very sweet and tries his best to accommodate your needs. He answers all of my questions and doesn't ever seem to get agitated with me. He is the reason why I still come here.

We called ahead to make sure they saw toddlers, and accepted our out of state insurance (they did!) I also appreciated that we could get on the wait list online, however, it ended up not being super busy (Monday early afternoon). All the staff we encountered were friendly, polite and helpful. She saw an NP, Micah L. They were efficient in running some tests for her, which revealed she was positive for RSV. Meds were sent to pharmacy quickly. We're thankful he recognized her symptoms and knew which tests to run, to get her quickly diagnosed, and medicated. They even gave her a lollipop on the way out. I would definitely recommend this place.

In the examination room a nurse asked me my birthdate, I was taken to x-ray and asked again when I saw the doctor he asked me my birthdate and ordered a culture so another nurse came in and asked me my birthdate. That's five people including the doctor who asked me my birthdate. I go to CVS to pick up the prescription he ordered and they told me that my insurance wouldn't pay for it because the doctors office had entered the wrong birthdate. I had to go back to the clinic and give the receptionist my drivers license and birthdate again so they could resubmit the prescription. As of today I still haven't received any test results from the culture in my chart. I've tried calling the office and couldn't get anyone to answer. Very frustrating.
