I can only comment on my experience in their drive thru COVID testing, but I've used this location…read moremore times than I care to admit. No one wants to take a COVID test, at least that's my opinion, but when you do, drive thru is the way to go. I found this location had it when I did a search online for local pharmacies that did drive thru testing. I went onto the site, booked an appointment time, was sent a confirmation, and was on my way. This was easy to do, and they send you the directions of the info you'll need when you pull up to the drive thru testing. This location is kind of tucked away, but you can get into it by either going through the Winn-Dixie parking lot or there's a light where a storage facility is. I pulled in, drove around, and waited my turn for the test. Be patient, because these pharmacists/techs are doing double duty, they're helping those getting prescriptions and those that need to be tested. Also be aware that if someone is taking a longer time with the pharmacist, it may be because they have multiple people in their vehicle that need to be tested and you have to do each test individually. Anyway, I took my test, followed the directions and dropped it into the container. The staff member was helpful and pleasant and I didn't feel rushed. You'll receive your results in 24-48 hours via mobile text or via email. Pros: -Easy process to follow -Ability to make an online appt -Helpful staff -Never have to leave your car Cons: -COVID Tips: If you feel like you may have it or have been exposed, get tested.

This place is the worst. One star is being overly generous. Not sure what all the 5 star reviews…read moreare about. We had appointments made prior. We got there 10 minutes early & sat there for one hour. Not one of the three women working there acknowledged us, let us know what was going on, what the hold up was, etc. very unprofessional. We left with no service provided. After we left, we get a call, saying they are ready for us. No thanks, we will spend our money where they are professionals & respect our time. This was a complete waste of our time.

Amazing care from the front desk staff to the techs and care physician. Great friendly personable…read morecare. Really take pride in their work and making sure you get great care. Review is voluntary.

I am shocked to see the scores are so extremely low on this place. I mean I get it - urgent care…read morevisits are always rough. But 1.5 stars is shocking given the service I had. I woke up at like 3am with a sore throat and couldn't fall asleep, and I thought it might be strep so I made an appointment here for 9:30 hoping for a rapid strep test (followed by some antibiotics if it was positive). Got there at 9:20 to fill out paperwork (as they state in the confirmation). I wanted to be sure I was there in plenty of time for that because my insurance did indeed change. Here's where my challenge comes in... no one was at the front desk but they had a sign "be seated, we'll be right with you". Ok. Cool. Someone came out of the back and I fully expected they'd acknowledge and ask if everyone had been helped. Nope - just kinda looked around and went back to the back. Finally someone came back out - the actual front desk person and I filled out the proper things and was actually called back right about 9:40. So not bad. But... it sure would go a long way to just acknowledge humans if you're popping out. The care itself was fine. The nurse I had was lovely. Took vitals. Came back after that for strep swab. I waited about 40 mins for that to come back. Then they decided better do mono test. Fine. Too more time. Finally the doc popped in to tell me just a regular boring virus. Fluids and rest. The entire visit took nearly 2 hours. Which is obscene for going in for a rapid strep test. Prob could have gone to the ER in less time. Still giving 3 stars and some grace tho because everyone I did speak to was kind and helpful. And I know that takes a lot when you're dealing with grouchy unwell people all day.

Pediatric Associates - I had a AWFUL experience with my special needs son at this office!!

Zero stars if that were possible…read more Our appointment was scheduled for 2:55 PM, and my son was only called at 3:51 PM and now almost one hour late. During this time, two other families who arrived after us and had later appointment times were seen before us, with no explanation at all. Beyond the excessive wait, the customer service is terrible. The staff is unfriendly, barely communicates, and refuses to explain what is going on. No apologies, no transparency, no respect for our time. This is a pediatric office : parents and children deserve patience, organization, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this location delivers none of that. Very poor experience. I do not recommend this place.

I rarely leave reviews. everytime we need something we have to jump through hoops. they don't want…read moreto help. they take 2 hour lunches where they won't help at all during those hours. i have to wait a minimum of 45 minutes after my kids appointment times to even get called back. then we wait another 30 minutes to see the doctor! its consistently so bad that I'm hesitant to believe anyone that left a 5star review. what just sparked this review as the final straw was just now I go to grab the state required immunization form for my children at 1:30pm. im walking up to the door as the staff is unlocking the door (I'm assuming coming back from lunch) I go to step in the office and she turns around to close the door on me. I'm obviously shocked by this. I say "excuse me" I can see through the opening in the door there is clearly a patient and her mother talking to the receptionist. the staff working says while clinging onto the door "we are still on lunch we will unlock the door at 2". and closed the door on me. OK COOL! I'm done!
