Went to this walk in clinic, had an appointment but was told at the front desk that, that system…read morewas old and doesn't matter. I'm not sure why they are offering appointments if that system is not honored. Waited over 3 hours to be seen. When I did finally see a doctor, I tried to explain that I am prone to sinus infections but the doctor ignored that and said it was Hay Fever, and that's what everyone in here has. I also was showing symptoms that could possibly be Covid but I was not tested either. I am also currently pregnant. It was just very frustrating. The doctor didn't check my ears, nose or anything. Over a week later I finally went to a different urgent care because I felt even worse. This urgent care finally tested me for Covid, and turned out I am positive for Covid. I am just frustrated because if this urgent care would have done their due diligence I could have been aware I was positive over a week ago. Especially since I am expecting I'm lucky that it didn't escalate to the point of having to go the ER. I don't recommend going here, you would think with the pandemic testing for Covid would be a higher priority and actually listening to the patients that come in about what is going on.

If I could give this location a negative rating I would. It is unfortunate that it took 6 hours for…read morethese "educated" persons to run routine test. Each nurse stated that x-ray had "up to" an hour to complete testing. Ultrasound had "up to one hour" to come down and retrieve the patient. Yet (I) as a partner to the patient had to actively get up and approach the nurses in call to get an update. The nurses responded to me with a patronizing tone, though all females, still provided that tone. What they did state was that the urgent care clinic closed at 8. They were nice but falsely provided the expectation of service. The front desk receptionist stated at 6:06pm (roughly) that there was (1) person ahead of me yet it still took 20-30 minutes for me to be seen. Upon looking at the website on 1/18/20 @ 10:05pm EST there were no available appointments. (Hence there may have been no appointments for 6pm on a Friday 1/17:20 @6pm). That is a clear speculation but due to the LEVEL of service provided by this location there is merit. One nurse even speculated that if my partner "needs surgery that she would be held long" in a condescending tone. I responded with "I highly doubt that, because if surgery was necessary she would have been rushed (as per PROPER medical procedure). the nerve was struck when at 9:36pm they sent a text message survey asking for their level of service. Naturally based upon the lack or care and consideration of ones's time; I rated this particular location a (0). Why? Because they were unable to do their jobs effectively. Simply put. Please do not go to this location (if it is your 1st time) I'm sure they treat tenured patients with better care.
