The receptionist was rude and talked over me, and they unnecessarily ran my insurance even though this was employer-paid. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield through my employer and my primary care providers are within Corewell, so that made even less sense. Poor coordination and unprofessional customer service. I will not be returning and would recommend others go elsewhere.

That didn't seem to matter, because we waited over 2 hours in the waiting room. That was the best part. When we finally got to an exam room, the nurse was fairly pleasant and kind. She said the doctor would be in shortly. About 30 min later, the doctor came in, brusquely asked my daughter "how can I help you?" My daughter started to describe her symptoms and then was cut off as the doctor said "It's viral. I would take some Allegra". She listened to her chest and back, and then was about to send us on the way, but had not even really taken the time to examine her--didn't look in her ears or nose or mouth (as another reviewer stated above). I asked if she was going to examine her some more, and look in her ears or nose. She answered me in a very snippy tone and said "that won't tell me anything". Told me that bc my daughter wasn't having any ear pain, she didn't have to look in her ears. She finally looked in her nose at my insistence, and said "it's a little red". (my daughter is so plugged up, she can barely breathe). The doctor then asked my daughter if she wanted a Covid test, and when my daughter looked at me, the doctor then said to her "How old are you? You can answer me". Dr. Ethelyn Johnson, you need to find a different profession! I am certain all of the docs are overwhelmed these days, but that doesn't excuse the terrible attitude, and the snippy tone of voice, along with the lack of proper examination. It would've taken her maybe another 2 minutes to do the right thing. We walked out, and I doubt I will ever go back there!

When I did finally see a doctor, I tried to explain that I am prone to sinus infections but the doctor ignored that and said it was Hay Fever, and that's what everyone in here has. I also was showing symptoms that could possibly be Covid but I was not tested either. I am also currently pregnant. It was just very frustrating. The doctor didn't check my ears, nose or anything. Over a week later I finally went to a different urgent care because I felt even worse. This urgent care finally tested me for Covid, and turned out I am positive for Covid. I am just frustrated because if this urgent care would have done their due diligence I could have been aware I was positive over a week ago. Especially since I am expecting I'm lucky that it didn't escalate to the point of having to go the ER. I don't recommend going here, you would think with the pandemic testing for Covid would be a higher priority and actually listening to the patients that come in about what is going on.

I got checked in, made the payment ( 130 office visit, X-ray 75) and was in a chair to be examined in under 20 minutes. Everyone was friendly, very helpful. The equipment was brand new, floors and facility spotless, and had a 'millennial tan' decor. The radiologist and doctor were both extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient, and I received a diagnosis and full treatment in what seemed like less than an hour.

He has guided me over the years on my blood and other medical issues. They have all you need here from nutritionists, to yoga, to group support groups.
