In the midst of taking my insurance information, the phone rang and instead of asking the caller to hold so that she could finish just simply adding my info to the system (which I am sure they had due to this not being my first visit) , she took the call. She proceeded to talk with this call for about 10 minutes while I stood there waiting. Apparently, we was going to be sure I would not be seen due to, i(f there were indeed) "appointments every fifteen minutes" the next person was about to walk into the door. The receptionist had a terrible attitude from the time I walked in, this is definitely the last thing one needs to deal with when undergoing a sudden health issue. I had to interrupt her call in order to ask for my insurace card back so that I could go somewhere else that actually cared about their patients. Do better, Premier Health and perhaps try and find a bit more of a compassionate human being as your receptionist.

I went in for a cough possible pneumonia or bronchitis and because I respectfully declined to be tested for RSV, FLU, and COVID I was immediately shunned. The provider told me I was not in the right place multile times, once I called out his offensive demeanor he started his exam which was standing to the right side of me to check my throat and NOT to say AHHHH- I'm not sure what he saw since he could not see in my throat, checked my ears from a distance, he did not listen to my lungs from the front only my back again from a distance. Then said he would order the chest x-ray and left the room. The front desk staff took my to x-ray- The x-ray tech was professional. My visit was finally uploaded to my chart to reveal the review of systems stated I was postive for chills, I had NO complaint of chills and it wasn't even asked of me. The ROS went on to say I had congestion and postnasal drip, AGAIN, this was not asked of me and I DO NOT have those symptoms. I went on futher in his notes for it to say I had myaligia (muscle pain), chills, postnasal drip, the cold air aggravated my symptoms, and that I tried OTC cough suppressant....Which ALL is INCORRECT!!! I went in for a cough only concerned that it may have went to pneumonia or bronchitis how I ended up with all the other symptoms is because I declined the RSV, FLU, COVID test. I was given horrible medical care. The provider made me feel as if I was carrying a deadly disease and he didn't want to be near me, so much for his medical oath! I have reached out patient relations at KHN-awaiting a return call. DO BETTER!!!!!!!

This hospital has always given me problems, they're liars and abusers. I wouldn't recommend this…read morehospital to my worst enemy. Hospital staff abused me during my most recent visit and now they're trying to counterfeit my complaint by lying about the whole situation. They also gave me Fentanyl during my first baby's delivery and called children services on me for it and they refused to check my pee sample that I gave them when I initially came in to prove that my system was clean before they gave me fentanyl until after the fact that I allowed children services into my home. The case was dismissed as soon as childrens services demanded the evidence from the hospital. The quality of this hospital and the people who work there is absolute GARBAGE! Not to mention they've had someone working for them that breaks the hippa law and falsifies documents. The fact that they call themselves Christian based is amusing to say the least. I'd give this review 0 stars if I could. I only rated it as 5 star so everyone could see my review. If you put only 1 star they won't let you view the whole thing without the app.
