I have been using this lab every month for at least a year. Today, they cannot find my standing order. Total waste of my time.

I really don't know where to start with this review. I had to have some routine bloodwork done and…read morethe LabCorp in Huber Heights. They are able to do Saturday morning appointment, which is super convenient for me. I go in, I check in at the kiosk, and I take a seat. I am the only person in the waiting room. As I'm sitting there, I can overhear the three ladies behind the window talking about someone which I soon figured out was me. They said "Did he just leave?" "He probably forgot his insurance card." And then the one lady with red hair says "If that MORON doesn't come back in five minutes, I'm canceling his appointment." Yep...she called me a moron. I immediately stood up and walk over to the window. I calmly say "Are you referring to me?" All three ladies looked at me like deer in headlights. The lady that called me a moron started stuttering and stammering. She asked my name, and I said yes that's me, and she says "Oh, we thought you left. We have been calling for you." I replied back and said "No you didn't, I have been sitting here staring at the window, listening to your entire conversations. Next time, you might want to check the room before you start calling people morons." She completely ignored the fact that I was called a moron and just asked for my insurance card and payment method. They took me back and did the blood work. I will say, the lady that did my bloodwork was super friendly. Although, she was probably trying to make up for the fact that I was just insulted in the waiting room. As I was walking out, the lady with red hair, the one that called me a moron, yells out at me "Sorry about all that, we had thought you left". I didn't even acknowledge that hateful woman and I continued out the door.

Amy was a wonderful competent and caring representative of labcorp. Sorry she is gone and so is our business. It was so close to home. Change of management has business consequences. Kind and competent. Quickly manage lab requests and are generally well above average when it comes to drawing blood and understanding discomfort and pain. Extremely attentive and focused.

Then they had me check in on the computer, which I didn't mind. It scanned my insurance card and asked for other details...no problem. Then they said they found my paperwork for the requested tests and called me to come back to the lab room. The nurse practicioner we to her computer to print out the labels for the viles, but could not find my lab request. She called to the people up front for help. They came back and then fiddled with the computer and said they were going to have to manually enter my insurance information into the computer. She took my insurance card and started entering the information into the computer. After that, she reached for a bunch of viles which I thought was odd since I was just there to have one thing tested. They drew the blood and said I was good to go. One month later, I receive an invoice form them for over $500 for 5 additional blood tests that were not requested by me or by my doctor. I refused to pay and they said to have my doctor call to straighten it out. I had my doctor verify and he did not request any of the additional tests they had performed and the labcorp rep said they would take care of it. A month goes by and the invoice is still out there, then two months, then 4 months and now after multiple rounds of phone calls and talking to people at labcorp, we are in month 5 with the invoice still out there and past due notices coming in the mail for services neither I or my doctor requested. I have very good insurance and have NEVER had to pay for bloodwork tests in the past and believe me, I have had these tests before. I don't think they even know how to submit an insurance claim correctly. Avoid this company at all costs. Get your bloodwork done elsewhere if you can.

Multiple rescheduling and rude staff ensure I won't ever go back to a Compunet Lab for a blood…read moredraw. Labcorp is faster and friendlier and they don't mess you about. I went in for my scheduled appointment at 8 am with a draw that needed to be completed between 8 and 9 am due to having taken Dexamethasone the night before. I signed in and after waiting 20 minutes, I alerted the woman at the desk. She said they'd be right with me. There was no one else in the waiting room. After 20 more minutes, I approached the woman again, letting her know that the draw needed to be done by 9, I've been here since 8, and it's now 8:40. She told me to wait. A couple of girls had gathered at the desk and were listening. At 8:50, I approached again because they were all gathered around laughing and chatting about their weekend escapades and it was getting dangerously close to being too late to do the draw. There was still no one else in the lobby. I walked up and she closed the window on me. At 9:01, she opened the window, called me up and told me it was too late to take the blood. I rescheduled the appointment. After calling the Dr back and having him prescribe another Dexamethasone prescription and picking it up and waiting a week, I go back for my appointment at 8 am. This time they drew my blood by 8:30. The Dr called and said I'd have to redo the draw because they'd "messed it up". I went to Labcorp for that repeat draw with no issues. Fast forward a couple months and I make an appointment for a non-fasting blood draw. I show up to said appointment and they ask if I've been fasting, I tell them no, it's not a fasting draw. The woman states it's their "personal policy" to only do fasting draws. I mention they could have told me that when I made the appointment. I rescheduled. I show up again, fasting this time, and they ask if I've taken a multivitamin within the last 24 hours. I said yes. They said they can't do the draw because it's their "personal policy" to not draw bloods if the patient has taken a multivitamin within the last 24 hours. I walked out and will never go back to a Compunet Lab ever again. I called the Dr and he's putting the orders into LabCorp for me. I explained the messing about and he said he's received similar complaints from other patients.
