They have so many services, an efficient online scheduling, and they take walk ins. The nurse practitioners are very knowledgeable!

Appointments are really easy to schedule online. Both NP's here are very nice, professional, and knowledgeable.

I had my infant with me as well was worried they were going to say something with how weird everything is now with rona but they didn't mind. They took me back almost immediately. The nurses were great the nurse practitioner was great. I really had a wonderful quick visit! I highly recommend you go here if you're not feeling well. Skip the other urgent cares

When I walked in they had zero interest in me they just wanted to BS about their personal lives at the front desk. I was told I would see a doctor but only saw a lacky nurse practitioner Vasquez that seemed aloof . They gave me a prescription and the Nurse Vasquez told me if this isn't strong enough after a few days to call her and she would call in a stronger medication. After calling 5 times to get a stronger medicaction no one ever called me back or called in the new prescription. And the front desk receptionist got angry with me for calling to do what Vasquez asked me to do.. Bad experience try another urgent care ..

Fast forward to now, I have been receiving a bill in the amount of $885 for this visit. My husband received an identical bill. After numerous phone calls on his part, JMC corrected the bill to $85.00. I on the other hand, was not as lucky until today. I had repeatedly called on this issue and was told that the credit was approved by the "back office". Be patient they said. It will be corrected. Finally today, Navi the representative that answered the phone, kicked this issue up to her supervisor and the credit was approved. I even received email notification of the $0 balance. Woo hoo. TY Navi for taking that extra step.

They cited on their screen that the ER room was $1300+ and the doctor was $88 (out of network $350+). I asked if the physician was in-network and they wouldn't tell me. I told them I wanted to pay the self-pay option, and they called my actions FRAUD. Multiple times these women disparaged my character in front the doctor, hospital staff and my children saying that my actions are fraud. I refused to sign anything. I'm good with going to court.

I recently returned to the office for a follow-up visit after being diagnosed with the flu B, as my…read moresymptoms had worsened and I was concerned about the possibility of developing pneumonia. While the doctor was reassuring, attentive, and ultimately grateful that I came back in to be re-evaluated, my interaction with the medical assistant, Liz, was unfortunately disappointing. Liz appeared visibly annoyed from the start and rushed through her questions without much care or attentiveness. When I tried to explain why I had returned--out of concern for my worsening symptoms--she rolled her eyes and dismissively responded, "well, you have the flu." This felt unprofessional and invalidating, especially given that I was following prior guidance to come back if things didn't improve. Healthcare settings can be stressful for patients, and bedside manner matters just as much as clinical care. A little empathy and patience would have gone a long way in making me feel heard and supported during a time when I was already feeling unwell and obviously anxious! I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as improving communication and compassion can make a significant difference in patient experience. LOVE the rest of the staff. Never wait too long . Always helpful.

I called back about 3 months later to see if we had a balance or owed them any money and we were told "No." 18 months later, we received a bill for $207 from this facility. My husband and I always pay every bill we have. I called about the bill and they told me that it took this long for our PPO insurance to get back to them which I know is not true because I work in billing. 18 months to process a claim? There's something called timely filing. Now we still want to take care of this bill, but unfortunately my husband was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in January 2026 of this year and we are now drowning in hospital and doctors bills. To have this bill show up a year and a half later was an additional slap in the face. Last, but not least, I visited the facility about 2 weeks ago, and the young lady with very short hair at the front desk was not the friendliest. When I walked up to the counter to speak to her, she kept saying, I can't hear you, well she was wearing earbuds, and I knew that had to be the reason she couldn't hear me. So I spoke louder so she could hear me with her earbuds that she never attempted to take out. She said she couldn't help me, but she saw where I had called last year to find out if there was any payment due. I spoke again, then she said again, she couldn't hear me. I thanked her for her time and left.

The hospital has grown exponentially with new buildings. The staff are kind, the security and valet are on point, and the hospital rooms are very clean. As a patient, I appreciate the ability to order meals in advance. Moreover, they offer lots of alternatives such as almond and oat milk. As a visitor, I appreciate the ability to grab a cup of Joe. Bonus: if you're a fan of Starbucks, they serve it. They also have a large gift shop. Finally, the patient portal is a fantastic resource. While I hope I don't need to return as a patient anytime in the near future, I have no reservations about checking in at JMC especially for any oncology needs.
