Wait was definitely shorter and not many patients. After checking in at the front, I was immediately brought into the exam room. Within a few minutes, NP Thao Giang came in. Thao was very professional. She showed concerns and answered all my questions. After the examinations, she prescribed me antibiotics. Thao and the staff were very friendly. I definitely would come back here again if i am sick and do not want to wait a long time at an urgent care :)

Prices were pretty reasonable too. They provide all the documentation needed and are able to sign any forms necessary. I would say that they don't do a full thorough physical exam like at a doctor's office, so I wouldn't come here for care necessarily if you have a real health condition. Other than that, staff were very nice and would definitely verify this place as an option for anyone who needs a quick health clearance.

I was a bit surprised when I suddenly got a sore throat a week ago and then couldn't move for about eight hours. After dodging Covid for over four years, I finally got it (fully vaccinated and boosted) and was shocked to see those double lines on the home test kit. First of all, this virus is not a joke! I've had dozens of upper respiratory infections and flus over my fifty years but I've never been unable to move out of bed and had fever dreams so weird Hollywood should tap my brain for some new storylines. I managed to make a video visit appointment with Sutter walk in clinic two days later and was pleased even in my spacey state how helpful the intake staff was (phone call about three hours before check in) and I was promptly seen at my appointment time by a competent and helpful Nurse Practitioner, even though spacey me had my volume on zero and I needed to log in two times. My symptoms were addressed and I got prescribed a cough medicine and Paxlovid which was available later that afternoon. Definitely recommend a walk in video visit from this clinic, a first for me. The medicine I got though was extremely powerful in making me drowsy that I basically slept away 12 hours of my day. I thought this was the only urgent care that Mercy had to offer but there is another one in Elk Grove which I will probably go to next time because it's closer. I arrived right when they opened so the wait was less than 10 minutes. As long as you ask tons of questions the more treatment they provide. All doctors and nurses I had were kind and provided useful tips on how to heal. Just got to say I was afraid to go in but I'm glad I went. When I went in, my arm was feeling very itchy and painful in some spots but after a day of rest and using their tips and prescription my arm feels normal again. It still has redness but it looks like it's healing. Just a small update, what I found really good about this urgent care was that they called me weeks later to check on how I'm doing. I've been to other urgent cares from other medical groups before and they never called to ask how I was doing.

I was turned away and told they had already stopped accepting patients at 7:45 PM. The advice nurse had also tried calling around 7:30 PM and received no answer. What was especially concerning is that the clinic was not busy at all--there were no patients in the waiting area, and staff were sitting at the front. A staff member stated they had already "closed everything up" and were ready to go home. This was not a situation where the clinic was overwhelmed. I arrived before the stated cutoff time and was still denied care. This experience was inconsistent with their posted hours and creates a barrier for patients relying on accurate information to access care. If the clinic chooses to stop accepting patients earlier than advertised, that needs to be clearly communicated.
