The PA told me that I needed to see a doctor because there is nothing they can do and all they did was a strep test. I am never coming back because it was such a waste of time and money.

I waited only a couple mins after check in and saw a man (I forget his name but he mentioned he is also an EMT in Manchester) who was the nicest medical professional I had ever dealt with. I felt uncomfortable talking with my eyes closed and without asking he left and went to get his sunglasses in another room so I could wear them to feel more comfortable. He apologized he couldn't turn off the lights until IV was done being put in. My veins were very uncooperative because of dehydration from vomiting, so after a couple unsuccessful tries and him profusely apologizing even though it wasn't his fault, he grabbed a smaller needle and it went in just great. I was done by closing time at 8pm (the longest being the time it took for the bag of fluids to finish) and I'm very grateful this new Urgent Care is here so I wouldn't have to go to ER. You all know how horrifically long I would've been there had I gone to ER- I know from past experience as these cluster headaches tend to happen once or twice yearly and my migraine meds fail to help. I left feeling about 80% better (still had some nausea despite having IV nausea med) but by the next morning after sleep I felt 100% better. I wanted to make sure I left this review because I still think about that medical professional and how nice he was because I have never felt so cared for in a medical setting in my life. If I ever have to go there again I PRAY he is there. Wish I remembered his name but I'm really bad at remembering names.

I have a PCP but I guess it's just been habit to go to PP for routine women's health care. Today I had a NP Stephanie Green who must be commended! Truly exceptional provider who was kind, courteous, incredibly professional and best of all, genuinely enjoys her job. Thank you so much for the care you provided today and without doubt you deserve 5+++ stars... The reason I gave 4 stars overall has to do with the off-putting socio-ideological stance that Planned Parenthood has taken and unapologetically shoves in your face (so to speak). Just entering the facility, you are met with 'Black Lives Matter' and 'Trans Lives Matter' stickers emblazoned on their entrance doors. Well yes I agree, they do indeed matter. But do 'Native American Lives' matter? What about 'Differently-Abled Lives? Do they matter just as much? I think you get my point. We all have issues in life and we need to respect that one groups' plight does not take precedence over any other. They truly do all matter. Instead of drawing lines in the sand, why not choose to simply say 'All are welcome and we respect you just as you are'. And leave it at that. Going overboard with woke ideology just leaves such a bad taste in my mouth. The staff asked me 5 different versions of 'how do you want to be identified?' The honest truth? Call me whatever makes you feel good. He she they it: pick one. Can't wrap my head around why it is necessary to address this topic ad nauseam at PP but I guess it goes in line with the neo-militaristic stance the organizations had taken in recent years with regard to reproductive health care. Perhaps you've swung a little bit too far to the left PP. Perhaps you need to come back to the center because there are so many patients like me who fundamentally identify as conservative and still wish to use your services.

I always have a wonderful visit at Planned Parenthood. This location additionally has a Security Guard to accompany patients to and from their vehicles. There are free condoms and informational packets for both men and women about safe and consensual sex as well. I was happy to know most services provided are completely covered by Medicaid in NH.

I initially sought care after being advised by an urgent care provider to follow up with a specialist sooner rather than later. When I first contacted the office to schedule an appointment, I was informed that new patients were not being scheduled until August. I accepted this and ended the call. However, the following morning I received a call from your office asking if I could come in that same day at 11:00 AM. No explanation was provided for the urgency, so I assumed the doctor may have reviewed my imaging and felt it was important for me to be seen promptly. When I arrived, the check-in process was smooth, the wait time was short, and the nurse who brought me back was courteous and professional. Unfortunately, my interaction with Dr. Gould was very disappointing. Upon entering the room, his demeanor felt dismissive and rushed. After briefly examining the lump, he simply stated that it was indeed a lump and then presented two options: he could remove it, or I could leave it alone and monitor it. At no point during the visit was I given an explanation of what the lump might be, what the potential diagnoses could include, whether it was urgent or likely benign, or what risks were associated with either option. When I began asking, "What would you recommend...," before I could finish my question Dr. Gould interrupted me and stated, "I gave you two options, you'll have to decide which one." As a patient who is not medically trained and who was understandably concerned about a mass that had been discovered, I was hoping for guidance, explanation, and an opportunity to ask questions. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive and left me without the information needed to make an informed medical decision. Because of this experience, I left the appointment feeling frustrated, confused, and without answers about a health concern that had already caused significant anxiety. I hope this feedback can be used to improve communication with patients in situations where they are seeking clarity, reassurance, and professional guidance regarding potentially serious health issues.

Thank God for all the wonderful providers at DHC. I am pleased with all the improvements.read more
