It was the first time we'd been there and we are really happy we did! Without an available appointment, we registered as a walk in. The staff was great with my mom and listened to our concerns. Everyone from the front desk to discharge was kind, and respectful. We got our primary worries relieved, thank, and will follow up with her PCP. It took a couple of hours, but that included labs and an X-ray, and was much better than the frequent 6+ hour wait at the ED and we spared the ED the resources of being seen there for an urgent, but not emergency, concern.

The reason I gave 4 stars overall has to do with the off-putting socio-ideological stance that Planned Parenthood has taken and unapologetically shoves in your face (so to speak). Just entering the facility, you are met with 'Black Lives Matter' and 'Trans Lives Matter' stickers emblazoned on their entrance doors. Well yes I agree, they do indeed matter. But do 'Native American Lives' matter? What about 'Differently-Abled Lives? Do they matter just as much? I think you get my point. We all have issues in life and we need to respect that one groups' plight does not take precedence over any other. They truly do all matter. Instead of drawing lines in the sand, why not choose to simply say 'All are welcome and we respect you just as you are'. And leave it at that. The only reason why they lose a star is because the front desk women can be a little unhelpful and the triage process to just simply make an appointment when you are sick is a bit much. You have to call early, wait until a nurse calls you back several hours later and by then you're lucky to get an appointment, and they usually ask you to go to urgent care. It's only across the hall, but very frustrating, especially when you are comfortable with one or two particular doctors, who know you on a better level.

The manager, Melanie cannot take two minutes time to return my calls . that is not a caretaker. In my opinion, it's more like I could care less.
