No options for the patient, only demands from the provider. 2. They will nag you to death; doesn't matter if you're dropping the kids off, trying to get to work, etc. They sent six texts, two emails, and two phone calls an hour and a half. We're all busy, but they still insist you do their bidding / fill in forms on your phone /show up early and then wait, etc. And you can't get information about your co-pay until you've gone through thier lengthy process. (Why not ask for the insurance card first, check it, and verify the co-pay rather than wasting everybody's time?) 4. Once there, the check in process is even more "you will do what we tell you to," and if you haven't registered on your phone by now, you are told to fill in a form on a tablet which includes biometrics, which are all about a much heavier level of tracking. I refused and walked out... 5. ... after which they continued to chase me down by phone. What part of "NO" do you not understand? Because you clearly don't understand the difference between customer service and servitude by the customer. Horrible.

The car lanes were organized and people were chill even with the long wait. At one point before the test there is a nurse at a checkpoint who registers your information into the system online. In your online registration, you will receive an account that allows you to view your test results. The actual test at the end is very thorough - 10 second nostril swab by a nurse/doctor in a fully covered body suit and hardcore face mask covering their entire head. The entire procedure completely adheres to CDC protocol. Facts: - it's $80 per test. - open from 9am-4pm. - Takes 2-3 business days to receive results. - the later you arrive, the longer you will have to wait. Recommendations: - bring a book. - bring a laptop with movies. - make a playlist. - don't bring a pet or baby if they're not getting tested. - get there EARLY! You will probably save yourself a lot of time by arriving before 9am.
