His girlfriend could hardly walk because she was so sick. They went above and beyond to take care of her and deal with our anxiety of worrying about his girlfriend and finding our way there. They don't deal with insurance because they are a small practice, but give you everything you need to file with your insurance company. I was actually shocked that the bill was only $300! We saved hours by not going to the emergency room, got better treatment and just felt very grateful to find this place.

I can't afford that - I had to walk to your office. The whole experience was horrible. It was not a satisfactory visit and I paid $100 for no assistance. I would not recommend this doctor or this facility again.

Dropping off 4 lab samples here for the main lab, using the lab office here at Roper Express. Anyway, when I went in, I was told that each sample needed to have my name and date of birth on them. The labels on the vials provided space for, and thus I had filled out the time of the sample and the date along with my name but not the date of birth as it was not asked. I was told that when the main lab received them and they could not read my name or did not have my date of birth they would throw them away, apparently without contacting me. That was the weirdest thing I ever heard and yes I said that sounded a bit like medical malpractice.

There was no one in the waiting area when we arrived, so we were seen right away. Their check-in process is done through an iPad in your room - making it easy to complete in-between discussions with the care team and any treatment you may need. If possible, I do recommend checking with your insurance company that this location is in-network. Otherwise, your visit could end up being pretty pricey. We spent around two hours here, and although it wasn't how we thought our first day of vacation would go, we're grateful to the James Island Emergency team for being ready and available to provide meticulous care when I needed it most.

They got a script sent to the Publix in the same plaza and I was on my way home in under an hour with visit and going to get meds.
