Extremely disappointed with this location this morning. I had my appointment scheduled 6 months prior to today and my appointment was confirmed days before today's appointment, but they decided to WAIT UNTIL THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT to tell me they no longer have 8:00 am appointments. Instead of calling me, they just REMOVED MY APPOINTMENT FROM THEIR CALENDAR AND HAD THE NERVE TO ACT LIKE THEY DID'T KNOW WHY! I took the day off of work for this appointment and scheduled other appointments as well. Now I've had to rescheduled my cleaning for ANOTHER day in November. I sure hope they don't confirm my appointment only to have it removed from their calendar AGAIN!! DO BETTER MINT!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! read more

Mint is not the same as when it first opened, they used to truly cater to the customers and what's best for their teeth needs, now because of the growth and covid, Mint is up charging customers, 209.00 for 1 cavity, and that's with my insurance, I have been a loyal customer for years, I can promise you I wont be back...I can pay that with a private dentist. Mint you lost a loyal customer... And as for the front desk manager at this location, her funky little attitude will get her in a situation. read more

First time for me here and loved it! Rene (cleaned my teeth) , My (did my x rays and pics) , and Dr.Harris well really the whole mint team were fabulous today I loved the vip treatment! Will definitely come back! They are all so helpful passionate and friendly I did not see any flaws what so ever. I can honestly say they take customer service/treatment very serious. I should have followed my first instinct after reading the reviews on Yell and not come back to this location! I've been a patient at this location for the last 4 years, they have a very high turnover of front desk personnel, hygienists and dentists! They're always trying to sell you some sort of payment plan instead of focusing on your oral care! I have very good dental insurance, as a matter of fact, I have 2 dental insurance plans that covers all of my needs with me not having to be tricked into signing up for some out of the way monthly payment plan to get a "discount" on my service! They're very shady in this office, very rude staff manning the front desk, Amanda was the one that I had a very unpleasant encounter with today and I would NOT recommend anyone go to this location for anything! First off; It's out of the way, traffic is horrendous with all these tractor trailers/truck stops on Lancaster Rd with no Uturns allowed for you to get from one side of Lancaster Rd (if you're coming off I-20) to this office location! I arrived 15 mins early for my cleaning appointment only to waste one hour of my time with them trying to hustle me into once again, signing up for their discount program and me not being seen by the hygienist for my cleaning! If I could give them zero star rating, I would, because I'm very pissed! There's also a problem with them double billing your insurance (if you have more than one) for the same services! Do not go to this location, I don't know if it's a problem with all Mint locations, but I know dealing with this particular office has left a very bad taste (pun intended) in my mouth! read more

Mint dentistry has good customer service but that is about it. I decided to give them a try and I don't feel like they did a good job cleaning my teeth in comparison to my regular dentist. I made a post about it on IG, then my friends started saying they had similar or worse experiences. One friend said that they chipped her tooth during a routine cleaning and she had to get a root canal. We all have reverted back to our regular dentists. I think the company should put more emphasis in their dental processes and procedures instead of focusing so much on the ambiance of their environment. At the end of the day, the environment is nice but customers need work done and work done right. read more

Just entering in the door i felt welcomed and the staff is super friendly. The dental assistant Jasmin was very nice. I love the whole ambience of the office. The only thing i didn't like was that i didn't do my research because the main reason i came was a consultation for braces and they actually don't do those. I just received an email from Rome .He must shared my complaint with the rude manager Ashley she talked about me and lied on an email that was sent to me. She called me rude and argumentative what type of company talks about a person and email me what she's saying. First off my filling came out that was done less than 12 months ago . My root canal they did needs to be re done. However they claimed root canals are not guaranteed to last long. My questions I had was why pay thousands of dollars for something that your office is talking about. My filing came out because it wasn't done properly . Instead correcting the problem they want me to be out of more money. The dentist stated she didn't know if I need a root canal. So rude Ashely coming in like her shit doesn't stink with a stinky attitude and wanted my to pay over $400 without me knowing if I can get a fill or root canal. I walked in 2 people at the front counter which one was Ashley. They both were on the phone neither one acknowledged me or spoke. Well after all of the hype of how grand mint dentistry is supposed to be in patient satisfaction I have a different opinion. I was anticipating a successful appointment but nevertheless when you deal with unprofessional people you don't receive the best service. My son had a new patient appointment set for 4pm, the latest time that a new patient can be seen. My 20 y/o daughter drove my 15 y/o son in for the appointment, she's legally an adult, but the dentistry's office states that a minor should have a release form on file if someone other than the parent is bringing the child, that's fine. Once my daughter tells me this, the front desk representative says she can email it to me, then recants her suggestion and says I would be able to fill the form out once I arrived for his appointment. This call was made front the office at 3:53p.m. ( I notified the office I was in route to the appointment). I then receive a call at 4:26 p.m. stating my son would not be seen because they have a 15 min late policy stating a new patient has to arrive 15 within the appointment slot( but the arrival time was 3:50p.m.)that's fine. My issue is, why wasn't I notified upon the first call made from the office? Secondly once I arrive, and upon speaking to the front desk attendant, some young lady that's sitting 5 feet from where the front office attendant is, comments and says, I can speak with her and let her know what my issue is. Now call me crazy, I know she heard the entire conversation, and should have been aware from the beginning what was going on since we have now interacted with the same conversation multiple times. I work in healthcare as well, and this was handled incorrectly. When the first call was made, the policy should have been told to me then, along with the minor release form. Not 33 minutes into this situation. Plus, once trying to speak with the district manager of Mint, who's name is Rome, I have yet to receive a call to inform me of what the outcome could be to better this a better situation. Especially since the company is supposed to stand on patient satisfaction. I've politely sent an email, left a voice message on his phone, and now I'm posting this review. This is a commercialized business and the intentions of the patients and their time is not valued by this company. read more

I scheduled an appointment for May 25th and 2 days before the appt they call to say they will be closed Thursday and I will have to reschedule for Wednesday. I rearrange my whole schedule to come in at 10 on Wednesday only to wait 30 minutes for them to tell me I have to come back later which further disrupts my already rearranged schedule!  These people are so unorganized, they could have atleast gave me a call before I left my house and informed me that I would have to wait. I have never experienced this and honestly may not go back nor will I refer my grandmother who I originally was going to send there. read more
