I went to Mint Dentistry early 2017 . I hadn't been to a dentist in a while but wasn't having any problems, wanted an exam and cleaning. The visit was great (wait a little long) and everyone there was super friendly and the facility was nice. I was given a treatment plan, ( fillings for at least 5 cavities and a root canal. my out of pocket was probably close 750 and insurance would cover the rest. I procrastinated and eventually moved to another state. Mint is not in Phoenix, so a few days ago I visit a highly recommended dentist in Phoenix, scared to death that the teeth needing fillings, now probably also need root canal (at least that's what all of those Mint Dentistry emails say). Imagine my surprise , after discussing the Mint treatment plan, they have another dentist look in my mouth just to get another opinion, when I'm told I don't need a single filling, let alone a root canal and I have no cavities. The dentists word were " were they going to make holes in your teeth so they could fill them in?" They also warned there are a lot if "chain dentists offices" popping up all over the country and who questions a dentist when you are told you need work. This is totally ridiculous, they would have destroyed my teeth. Everyone please get a second opinion if given a pricey treatment plan from them or any dentist. The money and teeth you save might be your own. read more

From the time I walked in the door until I got in the chair this place is laid out like a 5 star spa. I was greeted by professional staff who checked me in promptly and offered me water. Stephanie, took me in the back to take my xrays and then started my impressions for my FREE whitening kit that is offered by Mint Dentistry. Stephanie was a great person to talk to and made my experience exceptional. By the way she is very funny too. Brandon was my hygienist and was very attentive to detail when it came to my cleaning and preventative treatment plan. If you haven't already visited or made your appointment at Mint Dentistry, I would recommend you do so immediately. And if you are anywhere close to Grapevine make sure that you select that facility. And to wrap it all up, the values that the owner talks about when it comes to making dental hygiene affordable for everyone is not a gimmick to get you in the door. They will literally cut the cost of their fees just to make sure you receive the superstar level of service that they offer. When you stop in ask for Katie at the front desk, or Stephanie who is a very smart and funny dental assistant, or Brandon. Dr. Benjamin Iwobho is a phenomenal Dentist and makes sure that his Patient is comfortable and doesn't feel any pain. I give this place 5 stars because that is the level of service they gave me!! read more

I called about 1 week ago and made an appointment for some wisdom tooth pain as I was told they needed to be removed. Im called 1 day prior and they have to move up my appointment or try and change it. Im still in pain and since Im a student my hrs and availability are limited. Im very dissapointed as I hear such "great reviews" on my radio station but they try to cancel and change my appointment 1 day prior as im having bad tooth pain. Definately will not be going or reccomending anyone. UPDATE MINT dentistry did call back and offered me my appointment back. I although decided to go elswhere as It took for me to write a review for them to honor my appointment that was booked days ahead . The office manager was polite and did understand my frustration and the tooth pain I was having . I was really looking forward to the luxury and service from MINT but was in the end was still dissapointed In the series of evens that took place. read more

Very unprofessional. I feel my disabled son was discriminated against because of his cerebal palsy. He had his teeth cleaned in Arlington location which was very accommodating and treated him like any other patient. We were referred here to have his wisdom teeth removed. Appointment was cancelled and referred to hospital setting after they find out he has CP. No consult, no face to face meeting, nothing. That's a coward in my book. My son was crushed upon hearing he wouldn't be seen. I guess if someone is in a wheelchair they are not welcome here. So the manager Ashley calls me the next day giving me excuses. The nurse assistant wasn't there to assist, the doctors going on personal leave...blah, blah, blah. So I ask, " why the referral, why not reschedule?" Silence, you could hear the crickets chirping. Just confirms what I thought, discrimination against my disabled son. These people are sick!! read more

This facility is by far the nicest dentist office I have ever seen. More importantly though, they are so nice and professional and it was a great experience. They were also completely understanding when I had anxiety or got nervous (not their fault - I am an anxious patient). PLUS, they offered same day treatment rather than just cleaning and diagnosing and setting a new appointment for further treatment. I signed up for their club which is just five dollars a month and comes with whitening every month (you just have to pick it up). They also gave me free whitening at the appointment and even gave me custom whitening trays based on impressions they took of my teeth. I was so happy with the work they did as well. Now I can't wait to smile at my wedding in October with confidence! Thank you so much. I highly recommend. read more

Best.PAIN FREE.Dental.Experience.Ever! I went in to have a crown replaced and always dread the novocaine. Coming here has cured that! The ointment used prior to the injection is wonderful - did not even feel that "stick" of the needle going in and also never felt like I had a mouth full of cotton. The procedure took some time since it was the very last upper molar and I have a small jawline. It's not easy for the dentist to work but they made it easy. Using the special pieces to keep my mouth open also prevented the usual jaw/cheek pain that I experienced in the past. MINT Dentistry walks the talk and will make anyone who is afraid of the dentist a fan. They are my Dentist for life! Lillian E. read more

Today was my first visit at Mint and after hearing so much about them through advertisements I must say my expectations were very high. In saying that, they exceeded my expectations, I was greeted and taken care of by Daryle for X-rays, exams, molding, etc. he was professional and very knowledgeable letting me know what was going on every step of the way. Their attention to detail was spectacular, room was cold and I got a blanket if I was bored I could pick my favorite tune to listen to or tv show to watch on the flat screen in front of me. I am extremely happy overall with my experience and look forward to my next visit with a brighter, whiter smile! read more

I had my first visit two weeks ago, and it will not be my last! The staff here are amazing. Best customer service. From the front desk, to the dental hygienists and dentist; everyone was professional. Not just professional, but patient, understanding and explained the whole process to me. Not once did I feel that I was just another patient. My visit was very comfortable. I could also tell that they were very knowledgeable with their craft. And their prices are very reasonable. If your insurance does not cover all services required, your portion won't cost that much. I will be back! read more

I'm really not quite sure why it took me so long to make the switch to Mint! My experience from start to finish was incredible - the staff is extremely friendly, hospitable, and they did everything they could to make my visit as comfortable as possible. They willingly worked with my tight deadline to get me an appointment and gave me water, an iPad and Beats while I was waiting. Each exam room has a massage chair that you sit in which definitely helped me relax. I felt like I was in great hands the whole time. (The free whitening is a huge plus too!) I would recommend Mint 100%! read more

I'm not one to jump on social media to write reviews but when someone does this great of a job it needs to be acknowledged. Bailey, the dental hygienist at Mint Dentistry in Grapevine is AMAZING! I hadn't had my teeth cleaned in over a year and I thought I was in for long and painful experience, but to my surprise it was quite the opposite. She was gentle and quick yet very thorough. She didn't complain about my bad brushing habits or not flossing, she just did her job and did it with a great attitude. I will definitely be returning every six months to see Bailey! read more

My entire experience with the Mint Denistry team was outstanding! Nicole greeted me at the door upon arrival and quickly handed me off to AB. AB made me very comfortable in the relaxing chair and proceeded to take my X-rays. Then Dr Ram joyfully entered the room and we had a lovely time in fellowship. He has superb bedside manner !! Kristen then came in to clean my teeth. She was so gentle. She has a beautiful, warm spirit. It was over before I knew it and my teeth are dazzling white and shiny clean !! Thank you Mint Denistry for my .#SexyTeeth Sincerely, Stacy Stout read more

This dentist office is very clean & they have the nicest lobby I have ever seen in a dentist. The front staff was much more helpful than at other dentist offices. They do so much to assure you are comfortable! Jessica worked with me and did my cleaning, she was super helpful and sweet. They're super honest and don't try to push treatments on you if you don't need them. The free whitening in itself is enough reason to want to come here. I love this place and will definitely be making this my regular dentist office! read more

This is an amazing dental office!! Best one I have ever experience and the staff were professional, efficient and thorough. I had never had to have actual dental work before with getting injections and I think they did a great job making sure I wasn't in pain and was satisfied with the work before they stepped away. The best part might be the fuzzy blankets, it definitely feels like a luxury dentist. Would highly recommend this place! read more
