This is family owned, community owned and how they treat people shows it. My wife and I were in the process of moving and stopped in while trying to choose carpet for a house that we were selling in another state. Knowing this, the folks there still took time to make sure we understood what we were doing, what we were working with and provided us a good amount of information on what we should look for / what to do with getting new carpeting. These folks care about their community and customers and it shows. I know the first number I will call for our future flooring needs in this area. Great people.

Had he known I was doing a test run and was shopping for a big project, I know he would have been falling all over himself. Don't bother with companies that only see you as a dollar sign.

The staff was so much fun to work with. They really know their stuff--that is for sure! They did a great job measuring the floors, placed the order quickly, and the installers did a fantastic job. Carpet and Flooring Showcase offers a wide selection of carpets and other types of flooring including tile, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl. Because they do not advertise, their overhead is low and they can offer great rates. All their business is by " word of mouth." I was able to get a high quality carpet, much better than I thought I could afford, because the price was so good! I highly recommend Carpet & Flooring Showcase!

We provided the panel from the old dishwasher for the purpose of color matching to our existing cabinetry. It took over 2 months for the dishwasher panel to be completed and was no where near the color to match our existing cabinetry. So they promised to " fix it". Well the improved panel was definitely darker but still not a match. Somehow they lost the "old" panel that was to be used for color matching purposes and obviously didn't return to us. Despite my misgivings about the color, they went ahead and installed it. After they left, we noticed they made a mistake with the install and we called within a half hour of their departure. They never called back. Luckily, our handyman was able to fix that mistake. They were unprofessional and definitely not customer focused. I would not recommend them.

Also both the salesperson & the workers gave me false information on fixing problems w/my garage floor which was done in 2021. They said they could be fixed at no extra charge, that was not true.
