They've never tried to push me into anything I don't want and make it relaxing. I understand their process and they work hard to make it easy. The small building and small group of sales people and managers make it feel like such a friendly place and it is! Overall great dealership and great people!

They let me test drive by myself so I could actually focus on how it drove and not have a salesperson talking to me the whole time. It was just way less stressful test driving alone. I bought my last car from a bigger dealership and compared to the experience I had with them, this was super laid back. I financed through their banks cause they got me a better rate than my bank, and the finance guy was pretty fast getting all paperwork done. The whole thing took about 2 hours...compared to the whole day I spent the last time I bought a car. All around great experience. It seemed like everyone I dealt with actually cared and they weren't just trying to make a quick sale. I will definitely be back to look for a vehicle for my daughter when she gets her license.

We have an 08 accord that we had Ryan Honda put a new starter appx 15 months ago . It was my father in laws car at the time and like many of generation he wants only OEM parts so he proceeds and takes it to the honda dealership, makes sense right? Well he's old and doesn't drive a whole lot so yes this started was 15 months old but it hadn't even had 4k put on it yet and now it's out again. I received all of the maintenance paperwork when I purchased a vehicle from my father-in-law so I had the receipt from when the starter was put in 15 months ago and it totaled $630 150 something in labor $425 for the part and the rest tax well when the starter went out this time, I pulled it out and not only Was it not knowing I'm starter? Like my father-in-law has been told was being put in his vehicle It was a cheap starter from AutoZone. not even one of the better ones. so I called Ryan Honda And ask them what they're gonna do about it and they notify me that they are going to put a new starter in from AutoZone and that AutoZone is paying for the labor we said some thing about why did we not get what we paid for put into the vehicle and the response we got was because we didn't ask for that which our rebutle was so why were we charged for an OEM part and given a bottom barrel part from an auto parts store and the answer we were given was yeah all of the dealerships charge. Then he can a laughed it off. So the day comes finally today, but they're gonna put another AutoZone starter in and apparently the labor is covered so I migrate whatever at least the car will be running again. So we have the car towed up to Ryan Honda So they could , put the new starter, The old one I had already removed. I get a call after about two hours. I guess my wife does actually and she told him the car is ready to be picked up great so I head that way and I talk to the guy at the service counter and he told me that my battery is bad in the car actually OK not a big deal would've been nice to know before I came up here but OK and then he's like you also need to reconnect all the hoses and stuff that you took out when you remove the starter and I said what do you mean? He said well we were only told to install a new starter we didn't Reconnect anything that you just connected and I said well that stuff needed to be disconnected to get all started rows so I saved you guys time. And the service manager tells me no Our technician said that that's gonna take a lot of time to put all that stuff back together and he just doesn't have time to do it. I absolutely couldn't believe what I was hearing so they called me to pick up my car that technically they didn't even fix on a warranty job and now they're saying that they're not gonna put it back together because I gave them the favor of tearing out the part for them, I know how long it took me to take that out and I know how long it was gonna take me to hook it back up and I know how long it would take a competent tech. So I literally time myself on my watch and I went outside to where my car was not running not able to be started where I was told that I need to hook all these hoses back up that we're going to be very time consuming. I started the timer on my watch and it took me two minutes and 57 seconds and I had the car running. They couldn't be bothered to even follow through and finish a job with Ian screwed up and upcharched us by 65% YEAH THATS RIGHT They up charged us 65% on that part. Then had AutoZone replace the park for free and pay for the labor at their dealership. They probably made at least an hours labor off of, but couldn't even see the job through.. Whatever OK so they didn't see the job through how much I was of charge on a part there's gotta be some laws on that type of shit. Ryan is doing a lot of dirty shit up there And to be completely honest, I'm a dad and outside of that I don't have a lot of ways to spend my time so if it means me campaigning against Ryan then, so be it because they're fucking criminals dude I am absolutely just appalled by the shit they did. it was unreal but like I said, every word of this is absolutely real.

They called when it was in, as promised & it was the correct part. The parts department is in transition, so, a bit of a mess. After two hours of waiting for the oil change to be done , I was then told my oil change was not able to be completed for fear of them breaking a part. And that I would have to come back for another oil change and if they broke the part during the next oil change that I would be responsible for paying for that part. I was charged $130 for an incomplete job, and only after questioning the bill did they waive the labor fee of $30. I have serviced my vehicle at other Toyota stores religiously and have never experienced this before. I held off on making a review for two days in order to speak with the Service Department Manager and that conversation consisted of being told that the best I can do is talk to my previous Toyota to have them cover the cost, but I am still responsible for being charged with the previous charge of the oil change, the new oil change following once they get the cap in, and the charge for the filter cap if it breaks while being serviced by them. I expect more out of a Toyota service department. UPDATE I took my Tacoma to Cedric Theel Toyota in Bismarck, ND to finish the job. I showed up early, and they took my vehicle immediately. So already off to a better start. Cedric Theel were aware that Minot Toyota Center claimed my oil filter cap was too tight, but came back and made me aware they had no problem removing it and that the extra part they ordered would not be necessary. Furthermore, after speaking with the technician, I learned that while the tires were rotated front to back previously, they were not rotated using the more effective rear-wheel drive cross-pattern (rear to front straight, front to rear crossed). This is the recommended method for non-directional tires on RWD vehicles to promote even tread wear. It wasn't a major issue, but it's worth noting for those looking for more thorough and efficient service that you won't find it at Minot Toyota Center.

They are scum trying to cut corners every way possible. They sold me a vehicle, knowing that the transmission would go out. They claimed they did the brakes(pre-sale) (I even brought it back under warranty to have it fixed after the sale), but already I am replaceing the rotors and pads (after 1 year ownership). They also will offer you a higher price on your car trade in initially to draw you in, then half way through the process will change it to suit their pocketbooks more.. Since we bought it we have taken it in four times for the same thing. We have had problems with it stalling and either burning or leaking oil. I've had to put three quarts in in the past week. yet when we take it to them they seem annoyed with the fact we are bringing it in. their mechanic is a joke, the third time we took it in they didn't even look at it because he just didn't come to work for close to a week I took the jeep back and asked them to call me when he decided to come to work, no call. 2 weeks later we called them to see what was going on and they finally scheduled it to be looked at. While my wife was on the phone with them trying to explain what was going on with this vehicle we just bought she was told, and this is a direct quote, "use common sense and don't drive it then." I didn't buy this jeep to not drive it. In the end I have decided to take this to a real mechanic to figure out what is wrong with it. Bottom line; do not make the same mistake I did. These people are nothing but a bunch of crooks. Once they have your money they will blow you off as much as possible until your warranty has expired and they are no longer required to fix your vehicle.
