Despite multiple follow-ups since then, I still have not received the refund or a clear explanation for the delay. I'm not asking for anything unreasonable--I'm simply asking for the money he already agreed to return. My biggest concern is the lack of follow-through and professionalism. I understand that unforeseen equipment issues can happen, but making commitments to a customer and then not following through--and later promising a refund without actually issuing it--has left me very disappointed.

They were incredibly careful, knowledgeable, and professional, and they kept me informed every step of the way. Because of that great experience, I recently started using them for snow removal as well. The difference was immediate. They're always communicative, fairly priced, and extremely timely after each storm. The attention to detail is outstanding--my driveway and walkways are spotless every time, and my house consistently looks like the best maintained one on the street. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and thorough company for tree or snow services, this is the one. Absolutely a five-star experience! A special thank you to Paul the owner and his crew, I'm so glad I went with you.

The tree was removed safely and quickly, and they cleaned up their mess. Matt was also kind enough to work with me on my payment, as i was still waiting for insurance to pay me. They also quickly scheduled the work to be done given that there was a chance that the cedar tree could break and the oak limb could then fall onto our deck and hot tub.
