According to the last text the arborist Noah was going to review and get back to me and there has been no response since May 27th. I do not recommend this company.

Shady company! They will damage your property and leave you wondering what you paid for with how…read morebad of a job they do. I had my car damaged while they were plowing the snow, they deny causing it. I live on a dead end street with no traffic and was outside about an hour before they started and there was no damage to my car. Sometimes they didn't show up for days if the storm was bad. They put little to no effort into shoveling snow on the walkways. I attached photos of proof. One of the photos shows that a person spent about 30 seconds make a path in the snow, just to say they did something. I then spent another 2 mins shoveling to complete the job we pay them for. They will say it needs to be salted but first you got to remove as much snow as possible, then you can salt it to melt and prevent ice. My neighbors and me all had ice problems and other small damage to outside decorations. The owner is trying to block any reviews I give instead of allowing my opinion to be posted. If they have good services I'm not sure why they are so worried about 1 persons review. Just do good work and be honest and this should eventually even out. I imagine they do this with many other bad reviews they get based on the 5 times he has gotten my reviews removed on this and another platform.

I would give Jaime and his crew 10 stars if yelp would let me…read more My problem was a gigantic hybrid maple tree that had gotten so big it was a threat to our home if we encountered any strong winds. 3-4 years ago we did have some strong winds and a huge branch broke off from the tree and luckily fell harmlessly to the ground. Jaime returned my call quickly and we set up a time for an estimate and he arrived as promised. We agreed on a price and a day for the job to be done. I also asked Jaime to remove a couple of large lilac bushes and thin out a much smaller "regular" maple tree. Jaime and I had phone contact a couple of times before the scheduled work day.....always returned my calls, always answered my questions and showed up on time. Because the tree to be removed was so damn huge, they were not able to complete the job in one day. They arrived first thing the next morning and completed everything.....all debris was removed, tree stump the size of a small car ground down, all debris from the stump removed and top soil applied to where the tree stump previously was. They even cleaned up the street where they ground up all the branches from the tree. No one could even tell they had been there when they left. Anyone that is looking for tree removal and/or tree pruning would be foolish not to at least call Jaime and see what he has to say. His work is great and his pricing is right on as well! Next year I am planing on using Jaime and his crew for some re-sodding and some landscaping as well!
