Since then, we haven't seen any follow-up, timeline, or accountability. I escalated the issue by sending a certified letter to the Board of Directors on April 24. Even that hasn't been picked up, which speaks volumes about how little attention is being paid to residents' concerns. Meanwhile, residents are forced to pick up mail at the post office, which takes at least an hour each time due to travel time and long lines. This ongoing inconvenience is entirely avoidable and should have been resolved weeks ago. This level of neglect and lack of responsiveness is incredibly frustrating. Residents deserve far better than this

They receive a monthly managment fee for their service. In addtion they contract with providers who for example charge $1,000 for say a repair. Unfortunately, they do not "shop" for the best and perhaps less expensive providers and simply pass on the $1,000 to the HOA but pay the vendor only, say, $800 pocketing the $200 difference. This is a total conflict of interest. In addition they do not respond in a reasonable fashion to phone calls. Avoid them.

I am 62 years old and I have physical and mental issues and the only person that I can say knows how to deal with these issues is Kelly Langerman if it wasn't for her I will be in a nut house right now because HRA has been trying to fine me from the time I move in they have accused my dogs of boo-boo in the hallway and construction worker stepping in it. I have been a pet parent for the last 10 years I'm a very responsible pet owner, I do not walk my dogs in the winter because I can't walk like that through the snow, so I walked them only when it's nice outside, remember, we are in Minnesnowa call when trucks come to plow the lot from snow in the parking lot, there is no way on earth I can get back there there's not a path, there's not a walkway, there is no concrete anything to get to the dog area, mind you they have been doing construction since I moved in in March I mean spring and fall. No one thinks about my disability because no one in here is as disabled as I am unfortunately, my body is beat down from 28 years of being a CNA I can't walk like everybody else, so the only reason I give them is three star is because of Kelly, and no other reason. At which point, they used it to pin us against "other" potential buyers. They told our agent that yes, we, as the potential should be upset but, "WE" as the agent didn't anything illegal. Well, you may not have done anything illegal but, your integrity is easily called into question.
