The problem was, they only had two of the three that I needed. So, the cashier called over to their Sartell store to have them hold it for me. I paid for all three at the St. Cloud store, but was able to run over to Sartell to pick up the third blade. On top of that, the cashier asked if I needed help putting the blades on and came out to my vehicle to help me replace the blades. Now that's customer service! Tue started helping me over the phone looking to see if they had the sensor in stock. They didn't have the sensor in stock so now we had to truly play the guessing game. So I drove my car to the store hoping I didn't loose all my coolant because the sensor wasn't really tight in the radiator. When I got to the store Tue wasn't there so David finished helping me. He must have walked out to my car 6 times at least to find the right size. I am SOOOO grateful to him and all the folks at AutoZone for there help so many times even other than today.

I was searching for lifts for my fully independent suspension 2010 ford explorer, with suspension of similar setup of a crown vic, I felt like it was appropriate to contact this business seeing as they sell lifts for crown vic's also of that would accommodate my suspension with one exception; a differential drop. Although this fabrication process would be an easy go, I felt more comfortable letting a bigger business that's known for lifting independent suspensions take the lead in such an idea. I called their number around 4pm EST yesterday (3pm in their time zone; as to the times listed as hours of operation on their website) I let the phone ring for a little bit, and all I could hear was "CAN I HELP YOU ??" of course I asked if this was universal car lifts; as to the man replied with "yes it is"... oh wow okay off to an amazing start. Such professionalism! I'd totally want this guy to build a suspension for me that i'll be driving around on! I explained that I had a 2010 Ford Explorer; to which I got violently cut off to "an explorer??" ... then I politely explained that I'm on an independent suspension and saw that his business was very familiar to lifting a suspension such as mine. Again I got cut off; "WE DONT HAVE ANYTHING FOR THAT" okay, I understand; I just wanted to see if this was a project your shop would be willing to take on. He searched up my year make and model; "YUP WE DONT HAVE IT". Wow dude, can I explain myself? Can I speak? I just gave up. I said "oh alright; thank you" to which he replied "MHM" and that was it. Now, I've been in the lifted community for such some time; and i've contacted multiple fabrication shops to lift my explorer to 7.5"... all of them would either take it on or decline. Which is fine; it's your business and I can't hold you to that! But I wish I could've just even so explained that I wanted to commission, or maybe even just talk to him about what would be needed to go up a little more on my strut spacers, but I couldn't even get a full sentence out on the phone. Please read the reviews on here, what a shame. What's even more of a shame is that I have a budget of $8K to go towards this project & was excited to share this with a business that seemed to know what they were doing, but what a fool I am for contacting a universal lift kit business to acquire about a lift kit. Luckily, I am now i'm contact with liftabrand.com! If ANYONE needs a donk kit or any questions regarding an independent suspension lift; GO TO THEM! DO NOT CONTACT THESE PEOPLE. Liftabrand has AWESOME customer service and won't cut you off when you have an idea or question. That's all you want from a business! I'm surprised to see many negative reviews of this dealership, but most of the reviews seem related to bait and switch and after the initial sales entry to get you in the door which I didn't reach given pursuing a different car due to my own reasons. I simply want to call out a specific person for the amazing early sales experience I had with Basil in Sales. I cannot speak to a sales experience once "in the door", but Basil was truly helpful with me considering one of their 2011 Honda Accords that looked to be in excellent condition. From early on, she answered all my questions as I was an out-of-state buyer, provided me with photos of the car before the car was ready as I asked because I was urgent on timing, and provided a video and clean photos of the car after the car was detailed for a better what to expect. Basil was very thorough and provided excellent communication and evidence of the car's condition throughout the early process. She deserves the recognition of being an excellent salesperson and made me want to work with this dealership. How the following sales experience would have been is unknown so that should be judged by other experiences. Basil is definitely someone to work with to find your car wherever she goes.

The sales process went smoothly, and we felt the trade-in was equitable. However, the true test came after the ink had dried. Our son had his heart set on a 2015 Honda Accord, which we had spotted on the same day as the Pilot purchase. Strangely, they couldn't locate the key for the Accord at the time, so we decided to return the following day. To our dismay, the car remained uninspected and uncleaned. Despite this, our son test-drove the vehicle and expressed his interest. That's when we initiated negotiations with our salesman, seeking a reasonable deal given the car's condition and the dealership's lack of preparation. Our requests were met with the standard sales theatrics - the elusive 'manager's approval' and the customary tactics to up-sell. Regrettably, the manager remained inflexible. At that moment, it became abundantly clear that our loyalty and future business meant little to them. We've had a tradition of upgrading our Honda vehicle every four years. Plus my son has become loyal to Honda through our past purchases. We also made plans to do the same for our youngest in just two years with his first Honda. That's not just one, but three guaranteed future purchases. However, it was disheartening to realize that their priority lay in squeezing every last cent from a worn-out Honda Accord with 130,000 miles on it, rather than valuing our long-term partnership. But the real shocker came when we visited the dealership to collect our forgotten floor mats and decided to accept the salesman's price because our son had set his heart on that car. I caved because it was for my son despite my insistence of not working with them again. The salesman we spoke with, with a deadpan expression, told us, 'Sorry, someone else is considering buying it, and they have dibs.' In that moment, frustration overcame all of us. My wife and I, customers who had just invested in a $50,000 vehicle, were denied because we weren't the first in line? It was undoubtedly one of the most absurd encounters I've ever had in a sales setting. From the constant attempts at up-selling, the impersonal staff, and the subpar maintenance department all culminated in an experience I would strongly advise anyone to avoid. I can confidently say that I will never engage in business with them again. Really left a bad taste in our mouth for the Honda brand
