From detergents to bedsheets/comforters, rugs, or hair items, you can find what you're looking for here. The store is a bit overwhelming, so I only walked through only half of the store because my anxiety level was rising. There is very little room to walk, so if you don't like clutter or if you're impatient, this isn't the place for you. Think of it like watching the show "Hoarders." Prices were decent. There were 2 cashiers available at the time. The gentleman who scanned my items was polite and kind (forgot to catch his name). If I come next time, it's for Mielle hair products and Yankee Candles.

Unfortunately, as soon as I walked into this store, it was apparent that it was like a thrift store but with surplus items. There is not a lot of organization to how items are grouped or located. There are no aisle signs, you have to walk the entire store to know what items they carry... or not! The quality of packed food items are not like Dollar stores. They seem expired or have been tossed so much that the packaging has faded. Checkout was dismal. Cashier was slow and not happy (no greeting, no smile, very slow in bagging - oh wait there weren't bags).

After a few visits to Lemon Cabana I can share with you what this particular Virginia Beach store does right, and why it should be a model for others to emulate. My daughter has been a fan of the Oceanfront store for a few years primarily due to their selection of OnU necklaces which are very hot with not only young ladies but adult women as well. We have purchased a few of them and enjoyed browsing the store. The location off Laskin is one block from the Oceanfront and Atlantic Ave. Parking in their rear lot is FREE and the store can be accessed by a rear entrance. Parking in front is by meter. The store's walk up in front and back has been clean and neat. The business is situated on a short strip with a couple other businesses. I love the 60's retro feel of the building. Lemon carries home decor, ladies beach fashion, books and lots of unique items that you can't easily find else where. They are well known for a fantastic selection of costume jewelry. The store may be smallish, but it's packed with goodies. The feel is fresh, bright and service immediately welcoming. On every occasion there has been one of the two-three ladies ask if they can assist with no pressure to purchase. Yesterday while visiting my daughter wanted to purchase a OnU necklace. The inventory was depleted as a shipment is due in soon. Chic instructed us to follow their Instagram page which would announce the arrival of the shipment. My daughter happen to be wearing her OnU necklace and had a stubborn knot in it. Chic offered to work on it while we got lunch. Upon returning an hour later the knot was out to a happy young lady. No charge, just a very nice smile from Chic and will see you soon. This is first class service. Thank you Chic and Lemmon Cabana.

Looks like your typical Ross store. I did find some nice Yankee Candles, Quadratini wafer cookies, a strawberry summer dress, and a lace duster on clearance. This visit was on a Sunday and I didn't expect there to be alot of people in there but when we got to the cashier line it was pretty long, so long that they announced that if we had clothes with hangers could we please remove them off the hangers in an effort to speed up checkout. Geez. The cashier that handled us was polite, fast, and we were on our way out.

I'm always finding a good deal here and leaving with more things than I came for. The customer service is also decent though I felt the last time I went the cashier was a little curt. The shop might be fairly new (a year or less) but it's already packed with awesome stuff from Pokémon cards and Funko Pops to anime figures and more. Hopefully, this place stays great and doesn't get overrun by scalpers it's a real gem for collectors!

This is a small women's clothing boutique with beautiful, fashionable upscale clothing. The lady working inside was very friendly and welcoming. They had beautiful jeans, blouses, dresses shoes and accessories with a little jewelry in a glass case. There were business suits and blazers with skirts and nearly all types of items for your occasion. Several of the ladies inside were clearly regulars and that was nice to see. Note: this is an upscale store where a dress or blouse runs in $170-250 range per item. So, it's not for the faint of heart but had beautiful pieces to make a statement. I saw some gorgeous items for work or dinner. Will definitely be back to shop again!

The shop itself is very narrow, tightly-spaced and a little tough to navigate through. But it's still worth a look. Great selection of all kinds of toys, old and new and many different brands as well. I've managed to get some interesting deals on some must-have items. I even found an entire toy set I had when I was a kid, which are some of my favorite types of finds as they take me back to my childhood. The prices can sometimes be a bit steep, but if you're a serious collector or you're just a big kid at heart, then it's totally worth it! My favorites are the wrestling figures, there are so many to choose from and some you can't find anywhere else. Some awesome additions to the collection have been found here. However, some toys in the store are hanging on the shelf in a plastic bag, which makes it difficult to see what they are and to browse through as I have to take all of them off the rack one-by-one to get to the one I want to see. If there was an easier way to do that, it'd be great. I'm sure the other patrons don't appreciate me holding up traffic while I rifle through several dozen little baggies that are above my head, trying not to tear the plastic or knock everything off the wall while I am squeezed in the six-inch amount of floor space between the displays. I also like the Hot Wheels cars, the blind boxes, and they usually have some really cute stuff by the front door like scented candles with cool themes, plushies, and bright, colorful goodies that could lift anyone's spirit with their innocent and happy stylings. Overall, I think it's a great spot to get some really cool pieces of one's playful past or a new addition to the lifelong obsession! So whether you're a sentimental sap who needs a good reminder of simpler times, or if you have managed to maintain your imagination and enjoy some wholesome fun, then this is the place for you! (and me, since I happen to fit both descriptions.) (they could use some shopping baskets, though.)
