Also, make sure to brush your teeth really REALLY well before going there, because the tooth brushing station looks god-awful of what they have there, and is probably the worst room in the whole place. Also they put music you can't Shazam all the time and put crappy kid shows on to watch on the TV's, which they barely used since forever. Also when you need to fix your jaw when having an underbite or some crap, don't go here. They are violent against this and it has that headgear that looks stupid compared to the 80's headgear you see in shows and movies, much bigger and much better looking. Also when you need braces there, you have to go through 15 minutes of pain and after that it will hurt for a long time, longer than you think. Also free wifi, it is a good thing overall, but most of us use cellular data these days but it's there for people who need it. The ice-cream turns out you don't need the gloves for it since covid isn't as common as it used to be. Also this used to be a shoe store, in the 90's but who knew the name of this store. But Dr. Lawrence made the biggest mistake in existence and made this heck-hole. So when you have an appointment planned for an orthodontist, don't go here. Worse than school

I have had dental issues before and so, when she was suggesting a procedure to reveal more tooth, cutting away gum tissue, so casually, I knew this was really an oral surgery procedure, and she was NOT an oral surgeon. While she might have been able to do this, it would have been not at all in MY best interests in light of prior dental traumas and discomfort. She was told this and said she could give me a valium. A very imo, stupid suggestion in that while I am a young senior, I am at this time using a walker and anything that would potentially make me unsteady could lead to a fall and injury would be ill advised. It became to me very apparent that she was not the type of caring professional I anticipated and was too anxious to do a procedure that would not be in MY best interests though would bring in some income for the business she was part of. I did have a follow up visit because the night of the first visit, the tooth basically disintegrated when I bit on something, and I went back to see if the treatment plan was still feasible even though I would not have her do the initial care, which I had indicated would be likely since I knew an oral surgeon. While she still thought it was doable, I had happened prior to have a visit scheduled with my retiring dds of many years. And when she saw the tooth remains, in its current condition, she was shocked, and concluded as I had, that long term the tooth was not going to survive and what was left needed to be removed and potentially replaced. To think that I went out of my way at great expense (for transportation) for this "care". The other DDS in the practice gets good reviews. For routine care perhaps they are fine. But I will not be back. Even if I lived down the block, I would hesitate. This particular DDS only enhanced my general distrust of dentists.

Part of the Orthodontic process was my son needed to have a couple of teeth removed. Paul recommended a great, kid-friendly dentist who painlessly removed the unwanted teeth. Great referral! I found some of the staff who work behind the counter to be unpleasant and clinical although Paul and the staff that work with the kids while they are in the chair were always friendly and on time which is a real benefit!
