Here's the translation in Traditional Chinese, written in the formal register typical of Hong Kong correspondence. I've kept the names in English (standard practice in HK letters), preserved the emphasis on words like「侮辱」(INSULT), and used 輪胎 rather than the colloquial 車呔 since this is a formal complaint letter. A couple of wording choices worth flagging for your dad, since he's particular: I rendered "take a hike" as 打發我們走（叫我們自己想辦法）, which carries the dismissive tone without being vulgar; and "answers {excuses}" as 答案（藉口）to keep his parenthetical jab intact. If he'd prefer a sharper or softer phrasing anywhere, I'm happy to adjust. read more

The people working in the service department are very rude. Never coming here again until they apologize and give a refund. Go somewhere to get service. Nicholas is rude. read more

I recently bought a Mini Cooper Clubman S from Mini Richmond. It was an entirely good experience. My very competent salesman, Leslie Wong did everything he could to make me feel comfortable and to get me into the car I wanted. Please note that Leslie was straightforward, personable and friendly, making me feel that working with me was the most important thing on his plate! Communication by email, text and phone was great. His careful patient and knowledgeable explanations of all the bells and whistles put me at ease, as did the invitation to ask for further explanations later if needed. You can be assured of a good experience with at Mini Richmond with Leslie Wong. read more

The service and repairs people are all great here. They have done all the maintenance work on my families Mini over the last decade. Recently, our families Mini has died (RIP) the diagnostics tests were all affordable, they gave us our options and their opinion and were so nice to us. When we arranged for a tow to the wrecker and came to collect the plates and our belongings, they helped us remove the plates and even carried our box of personal items. Great service and staff. read more

Unless you look like someone worthy their time they won't talk to you .We walked in and looked around the entire showcase and no one approached us. The receptionist completely ignored us. This salesman looked at us, determined that we weren't worthy of his time and went back on the phone with his dad. We finally asked to talk to another guy who got a lot nicer when he found out I have a mini of my own and I was looking at the JWC. After trying a couple cars, I came in to return the keys and NOW the first salesman tried to talk to me. Ha sorry no way you are getting commission off of me. Even if I was to get a new mini or service my car, I'd rather drive to one of the other locations. read more

We had a great car buying experience! Tony is the best--knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't blink when we wanted to bring in our crumb-covered car seat and try it out in their showroom model haha. Super family friendly and a very smooth buying process. This is our first Mini so we had a lot of newbie questions and Tony was very patient in answering them all. Brian was very helpful on the finance side of things, and of course shout out to their manager Raph for all his help too. The only bad thing is that my wife loves her new car so much that she's not sharing it. It's been two days and I haven't even been able to drive it yet! What do you think, Tony--you up for helping me get my own Mini? Maybe the Paceman? Or wait for the next Countryman? Help, please! :) read more

Mom wanted me to go along with her to consider a mini...Dealt with Jamus and everything went smoothly. He is professional, courteous, and gracious. Handled mom with "kit gloves"...mom has a new mini, and Jamus has several new fans and a family waiting to adopt him. read more

Good streamlined service and really liked the stylish interior design of the store itself. Staffs were helpful and not too pushy.

I got my car in October 2019 and I was highly satisfied with the costumer service experience back then. However, they made me to drive from North Vancouver to Mini Richmond 3 times because they were detecting the problem but were not ordering the parts!! They were supposed to change the stirring wheel (which was ordered from Germany in my second visit) but did not do so and told me that the problem was fixed only by lubricating the steering wheel. Now the problem is here, due to the long traveling distance to the dealership, I had to book a courtesy car every time because they don't offer taxi services and the only way I could return home was by getting a courtesy car. On the way back to back (during my third visit) a small stone hit the windshield of the courtesy car in the high way and made a small crack (smaller than the size of a dime!). Mini Richmond wanted to change the windshield of the courtesy car for absolutely no reason! When I called ICBC, they were so surprised with why the dealership asked for windshield replacement! I paid $1000 for a small stupid crack, which was not even noticeable. Absolutely disappointed and annoyed with the service since not only my car's problem is not resolved, I was forced to pay $1000 since they made me to travel to the dealership 3 times!!! Do Not Recommend this Place AT ALL! read more

I will never bring my car back to be repaired here again. They charged me $600 for a tune up and inspection which supposedly included an oil change and filter and gasket replacement, plus estimated a further cost of $3500 minimum to replace the tires and fix some indeterminate cooling system problem. This just didn't sit right with me so I declined the additional service and took my car to another repair shop. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the cooling system and the oil had not even been changed. I had a new inspection done, fluids changed and tires replaced - all for a third of the cost Mini Richmond had quoted me! I always expected to pay more for repairs at the dealership, but I thought the trade-off was better and more reliable service. In this case, it's the complete opposite. I'm dumbfounded that a dealer could be so dishonest and unethical. read more

Purchased an used MINI from them and noticed the seat belt didn't retract properly during test drive. They had agreed to fix it before delivery, but end up only greased it and told me to bring it back if the problem persist. The problem didn't go away so I asked them to replace it under warranty. They said they have to look at it again and will not guarantee that it can be replaced under warranty. I called Yaletown MINI and they said right away it will be taken care of under warranty. It turns out that the interior reel in the assembly is defective and whole thing was replaced free of charge. Don't waste time and money at MINI Richmond. They are INCOMPETENT (sales manager told me she doesn't know much about MINI NEXT) , UNPROFESSIONAL (sales rep. told me if I can come pick up my car sooner so she can go home sooner) and UNETHICAL (need I say more?). read more

One of the best dealership experiences I've had. Katie was great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone.

We too are on our 3rd Mini Cooper! All the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. Kash, the Floor Manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable and worked out a great deal for our Cooper S convertible. We got our first 2002 Cooper from Mini Richmond and it's nice to see and know that our recent buying experience was just as pleasant! Thx Kash & Vinci! read more

Really happy with the service department at Mini Richmond. They answered all my questions (some rather silly) but still always there to help when I needed. read more

The worst customer service I have every experienced. Sales person lied the entire time about the progress of our car. We then had to deal with the manager who has been even less help. The car is being paid in full....half already paid for. The car has been sitting in a warehouse as we have been waiting to pick it up and pay the remainder. The manager is to busy to complete the deal/sale even after we have called numerous times and shown up at the showroom. It has now been 2 months and we are still dealing with the same headache. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone and wish I had done business elsewhere. read more

The sales people were great !!!! took 6 days for the car dealership to make the car available for pick up.

Unfortunately, the other reviewer is correct, unfortunately the attitude problem was real bad, bordering ridiculous. I looked around at the Paceman, and then the regular model and despite having zero customers than me, the saleswoman Vincy sat on her butt. The reception guy was actually more on top, and polite. Eventually decides it's worth her while. She has this little Hitler attitude immediately, and although begins to approach me fairly politely, soon her ego was out of control as if to prove something, maybe that women can know cars real well. It's just like there was something wrong with her look, and her tone, you could almost tell when someone dislikes you (for no reason!). To be honest, I know very little about cars and don't care as long as they have the luxury or features I need. She goes on about raised suspension platforms, and displacements when all I really wanted to ask was what was included in the models. I mentioned I like sportier cars, and when she mentioned that Mini was now a BMW company, I mentioned that I knew and bought my BMW around the corner. Obviously not listening, she asks what car do I drive??? I mentioned again, and then she said the mini has like the same engine. Well, like I said, I'm not a car enthusiast, but that's like saying a mini is like a BMW lol...Well, I mentioned that my wife has a small car, and it would be good for a test drive, hint hint, ask me when and arrange an appointment. So, she then says it's better to have your wife take a drive. Didn't I just say that? How about asking me for an appointment and get it sorted? Anyhow, I ask about the options for sound, and what the wattage would be on the speakers, since she seemed so knowledgeable. She said she did not know but could find out. What other options like camera, park assist I asked and again she was able to explain, but she did not provide a brochure from the shelf which I could tell was very full. So I leave, there's no thanks for coming. I had parked at Mcdonalds for a coffee, so I drove back around to Mini. I went back in again to ask for the brochure, and same bland look, no smile, no politeness. Well I dumped the brochure after and her business card :) What's with the new crappy service model nowadays, it's not like I'm grocery shopping, hey cars aint' cheap! read more
