I let him know that no big deal he could just give me the price. He told me they were. The price that it was on the shelf. This was only five dollars and not a big deal according to the amount of money I was going to spend and would continue to spend at the store however he got rude and started talking down to me. He was unprofessional and demeaning. He told me that he could either sell me for the regular price or not to sell me at all. I let him know that I would buy it for the price, but it was bad business and then he just outright refused to do business with me at all. This guy didn't just miss a sale. He missed a long time Customer and all of the people I would've referred. I actually went in with a friend, a guy that would normally go there a lot and now neither one of us will ever go again. It was embarrassingly, bad Customer Service horrible experience and I recommend you take your business elsewhere. The selection might be good but the service and the management absolutely sucks. This guy needs to go back to school and figure out how to treat other people. He was lacking, emotional intelligence and overall business acumen! I'm embarrassed for this company! Don't give them your business!

Ok, I admit it - I was expecting the store and experience to be exactly like BevMo!. Nothing wrong with their competitor, but I must say that I was pleasantly surprised to be wrong. Located in the Gellert Marketplace, there is plenty of parking for patrons. The liquor store is also conveniently neighbours with other retailers such as Sprouts Farmers Market and PetSmart as well as food & beverage joints like the Habit Burger Grill, Panera Bread, and Starbucks. The venue, ornamented in hues of brown, is huge, but escapes the brightly lit warehouse feel, which is cool. We arrived at the retailer of fine wines from around the world, also stocking beers and accessories, shortly before 7:30 PM, grabbed a cart at the front entrance, filling it with a few cases of canned/bottled beers, coolers, etc. While perusing the vodka and tequila sections, Edgar introduced himself to us and helped us decide on a good vodka at a great price, TOWER VODKA. He also assisted us with choosing a couple of bottles of smooth tasting tequilas that wouldn't break our wallets, CIMARRON BLANCO and LLEGADO BLANCO. Everyone at our party the next day who took shots of tequila voted between CIMARRON and LLEGADO. I preferred the latter. Really appreciated Edgar's proposal on getting two smaller bottles of tequila to try each out instead of purchasing one big bottle. He delivered top notch service as well as warm and interesting conversation. We will definitely be visiting Total Wine & More for our spirit shopping, especially for our parties. When we do, we hope to work with Edgar again.

DO NOT COME HERE OR SUPPORT THIS RACIST BUSINESS!…read more The Indian Lady was unbelievably rude and racist and when I looked at the Indian man to help he just nodded and said he hates selling lottery. Here's what went down... Came in to buy lottery tickets and maybe a drink and when I present my cash she started swearing at me saying "you stupid Chinese always want to buy lottery buy never win." Then she said I was wasting her time and said the f-word multiple times about having to sell Chinese people tickets like this and Powerball. I said, "excuse me," and she muttered again how she doesn't want to sell me a ticket because she has "other things" to do. She took my money and handed me a ticket but said "go elsewhere" next time I want to buy a ticket and I was disgusted. I didn't even buy a drink. There's no room in this world for that kind or racism and hate from a business owner. Why sell lottery if you don't want to sell actual tickets to customers?

I found this store while I was working in the South San Francisco area. I hoping to find some fresh fruit to snack on, but they don't have a produce section. Grocery-wise, this market has milk, eggs, deli meats, ice cream, and some general merchandise (GM). So it's sort of like a 7-11, but without the hot foods or fountain drinks. Instead, they have a huge selection of beer, wine, and liquor. This place has an impressive number of cooler doors. It's clean and spacious inside. The floor is shiny and clean. The clerk was really friendly and nice. Other items include: Propane, lottery, ATM, Bitcoin, and greeting cards. Nice neighborhood store.

How to get beer! I…read moreguess that normally people do not review beer distribution companies, probably because it is illegal for individuals to buy beer from them. It is also illegal to buy beer from a beer importer. In fact, it is even illegal for a beer importer to tell people what stores sell the beer they import. That's right -- information is illegal! This is where Chrissa Imports comes in. They are the middleman in a beer supply chain. As a distributor, Chrissa is allowed to tell you where you can buy beer. And while you cannot get Chrissa to deliver beer to a store for you, you can nudge them, in tandem with a store, about that delivery. With any luck, after about one month of effort, you can get your hands on the beer you want. Since beer distribution is a monopoly and not directly concerned with customers, I am giving Chrissa four stars for helping me as much as they did. With a special shout-out to "George" the delivery guy.
