The carpet didn't look much better when he was done, and two months later, it looks much worse that if we hadn't had them "cleaned" at all. I was hoping the "zero residue" would prevent this, but it turns out the only difference is that they use purified water. We are going to have to hire another company to come in and clean properly just to get the carpet to look as good as it did before Zerorez came out to "clean" it.

We had a spill the very next day on the "cleaned" area rug so I got out my carpet cleaning machine. The return water was black & the area I cleaned was a noticeable clean spot vs the rest of the rug. When I talked to a manager about the poor results I was offered another "window" appointment for a "consultation". No apology & didn't want to see photos.
