The first word in the name of his business is rightly "NONSTOP." William did not quit until he got the job done. He shoveled snow and dirt and did not quit until the job was done literally the next day. After seeing William and his assistant at work he is the only guy I would call for a recovery job! I hate to say this , but most people his age would pass the buck or only look for easy work. I AM VERY IMPRESSED!

A frantic call to Prescott Lock and Safe was answered by a wonderful lady who told me to call Steven, said he was local, and that he would come to me and open the car. I called, Steven answered, and said "I WILL BE RIGHT THERE". I texted the address to him, he arrived within ten minutes, and had the car open in less than two minutes. He was wonderful in every way, reassuring, professional, and just outstanding. The price for arriving within ten minutes of my call and opening my car up professionally and with no damage at ALL, was extremely reasonable and totally worth it. I HIGHLY recommend Steven from Dash Hound Towing. I don't know what I would have done today, other than use a rock to break a car window. Steven is a tremendous resource to our community. The trailer and RV were only held together with the safety chains!! We had Roadside Assistance (Agero) through Progressive Insurance, but after being stranded for 3 days waiting for a tow previously, we decided to attempt to solve this ourselves. After struggling for an hour, a little white van with flashing lights pulled up behind us, and a smiling man, Dan got out and asked if we needed help. Within a few minutes he informed us that we had too small a ball on our hitch (our mistake after taking one off 6 weeks earlier so we could be towed, and putting the wrong one on!).
