She immediately issued a credit for the difference. Quality service should be measured by how a company handles a situation when things go wrong; TNT Towing handled the issue correctly. A frantic call to Prescott Lock and Safe was answered by a wonderful lady who told me to call Steven, said he was local, and that he would come to me and open the car.
