Buyer Beware!! We stopped in on Saturday August 3rd and met with Justin to price up some new…read morecarpet. We were told that the pricing on the pink sign was the per SF cost for carpet only. Justin worked up the carpet and install price which came in at $15/SF. The quote was high so we decided to think about it. When we got home we realized we forgot to write down the manufacturer of the carpets we liked so we went to the Carpet Town website to see if the info was online. We found the carpet we chose and found out the pricing online was $1.50 - $2/SF cheaper on their website. That would have been an $1,800 savings on our project. Unfortunately Carpet Town lost us as a customer and we will be taking our business elsewhere. We don't appreciate the shady sales tactics!
