Elise promptly gave me an estimate on replacing the roof on my home. After accepting the estimate, the roofing materials were delivered the very next day. Two days later, the old roof was stripped off and the entire job was completed in 2 days (including a thorough clean up of the entire job site). Very happy with the work, and highly recommend. read more

I asked them to estimate the amount of time it would take to do the repair and the plumber said 1.5 hours. I said go ahead with the job given that time estimate. It took him 28 minutes to do the work and the total job was $788 (including the part). What a rip off. That's over $900 per hour labor rate. I called the manager to discuss this bill asking for a slight discount given that the work took significantly less than the estimate and they said sorry no discount. I will never use them again! Absolute rip off of a company.

They were great in every respect. Expert at what they do, amazing attention to detail, clean up after themselves every day, and they went above and beyond in terms of taking care of and fixing things that weren't necessarily in the estimate. After they finished the roof we had a small separate project dealing with repair to portions of the stucco that covers the house. They corrected areas that were pulling away from the house so it is now structurally sound and blended those areas to match the original stucco beautifully. Kind, respectful, timely, experienced, dependable. I could go on. Completely and thoroughly satisfied. Highly recommend. Josh Vanderpool and crew are the best!
