My friend and I were walking towards the skytrain when we spied upon this place and popped in. I have heard about it and followed its IG though I didn't pay attention to its location then. My friend was enthralled by the fossils and stones. I was quite overwhelmed by the shop. It has lots of things and the space is huge. I like crystals as I use them for healing purposes. Plus they are pretty. I love the wide array of crystals and gem stones. I did buy some for myself and other friends who are into crystals too. I think the prices are quite fair. The energy, if you believe in that sort of thing, is absolutely amazing, and you know it's because of the intent the owner puts into the crystals he sells. The staff are warm hearted and helpful, as well as very knowledgeable and informative. They are not a typical retail store, as they are a wholesale store so there is a lot of stuff, everywhere for you to sift through and find various unexpected treasures. They are some of the best in the lower mainland, and they are very fairly priced and easy to deal with. As a jewelry maker, I would highly recommend them. They also do custom made high end jewelry projects and have large books of different settings you can choose from. Both my mother and I have gotten things made here and they do very quality work. Never mind getting Jewelry at a big box jewelry store, get one made here, and get something truly unique and much more valuable in the end.

She said it is posted in the store & not her fault their phone doesn't work, that they don't list their return policy online & not sure what I expect her to do. I just wanted store credit for an item only costing $18, they would be getting a pricier item back. She refused & I asked her to call the owner & she sd no answer. I will never shop there again. So rude! Who asks for a receipt when receiving a gift? I don't & have never had a problem returning a Xmas gift for store credit B4 in my life.
