I assume it was the owner Khloe who was working because she had her beautiful new born baby with her and she was very knowledgable. I picked up a dress and fell in love with it right then and there. It was a little pricey but after talkng to Khloe she said well if you dont try it on you'll never know! So i gave it a go and it was just as beautiful on as it was on the hanger. So I splurged. They had tea samples outside (don't mind if I do! ;-)). I have an increasing interest in upscale and high end vintage inspired fashion, with a unique and otherworldly twist. The style this store projected was victorian, vintage, mixed media, otherworldly, and artsy. The prices for the clothing are on the high end, which is to be expected. I ordered an earl grey tea to go. I really enjoyed it. I love sipping tea while I shop.

I had a ton of fun in here trying things on and looking around. The customer service was incredibly friendly, but not pushy or aggressive. I felt welcomed & comfortable browsing the shop. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything neither was I made to feel inferior as some boutiques may make some people feel. To my huge surprise, this store impressed as soon as I stepped in. Very bright and stylish and at the same time inviting and comfy. You can see the store owners put a lot of work and love in this place. In addition to the store design, I was taken aback with the clothes selection and how it's tastefully organized on the rack and the shelves. Kudos to Natalie and Maria! And what a service! These girls treated me as VIP and for this short period of time I was given some beautiful choices for outfits and also the style that would suite me the best. I thumbed over a pretty cardigan. I wanted to buy... I had my credit cards out, but every time I went to, something told me not to. Perhaps it was the smell of incense in the air and in the fibers of the cardigan that didn't do it for me because I left without anything in hand, feeling a little blue. Though I should note that this mall in general impressed me, and controverted my generally low opinion of malls in general by having a designated parking space or two (perhaps more) for expectant mothers or those with small children and food court fare that did not suck monkey balls. Who knew this could happen? Canada, this mall--combined with fantastic local offerings like Coffee Crisp-- totally makes up for the whole mountie thing. But back to Bellissima. Much of the clothing here is stunning, and ranges from diva attire to the merely gorgeous. Most of it is far from mundane, and it's wildly expensive. Superior materials, like rayon blends with leather edging, super soft and supple leathers, and telltale sartorial flourishes like extra seams and intuitive darts suggest--correctly--that these clothes did not originate on this continent. Most (if not all) of their inventory comes from Italy, and it absolutely lives up to its name. Really hard to not be irresponsible in this store. Truly decadent clothing for the occasional splurge (unless you're loaded, in which case you should just come on down and buy up the whole store).
