Massaged it for good 30+ mins. It was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep. Then she used a tool from the machine to remove dead cells roughly 6-7 mins, then a suctioning tool for about 10 mins., extraction, 6-7 mins, warm red light therapy for about 10 mins., cold air blowing on my skin, also roughly 10 mins. Massaged my hands and arms, roughly 5 mins for both. Oh, she also cleaned up my eyebrows. 15 minute mask at the end. Overall, I left feeling so relaxed and skin felt baby smooth.
