I have red hair which isn't easy to come out looking natural but she does it and it lasts. She also does my eyelash extensions and I get compliments all the time. LOVE them! My mom goes there and my daughter so we have three generations that go there. So she has seen us through illnesses, hair thinning and my child going through adolescence. My coworkers that have gone still go with their family as well. She never disappoints and knows exactly how to weave her hair and eyelash magic!

I was relieved that everyone was conscientious about wearing masks properly so that we can end this Covid nightmare as soon as possible. The salon has a small town feel but is a definitely bustling business. Once again Yelp and my fellow reviewers steered me to the best service provider on my journey.

Her coloring is unbelievable. I am naturally brunette but she is able to convince otherwise with the highlights she gives. I don't have to go back for color very often because she is able to blend my root for a favorable grow-out. She is able to achieve the right blonde tone that I look for even when I switch it up. I always walk out of the salon feeling better than when I came in. The thorough shampooing/conditioning with a massage that she gives makes it even better! Paige also did my hair for my wedding and it was beautiful. I received a lot of compliments and my updo lasted the entire night. She met me at our bridal suite and spent the morning getting bridesmaids and myself ready. She is very professional and did not let me lift a finger on my big day. She helped to make the day even more special. The salon has great atmosphere where clients are able to relax and are treated kindly. Scheduling is convenient with last minute appointments or appointments scheduled in advance. Paige is really sweet and fun to talk to! She always offers me coffee or water while I'm in the salon and asks if I'm comfortable or she adjusts in order to relieve me. Getting my hair done with Paige is now an experience I look forward to each time!

(Chateau Elan) the front desk didn't know personally which was the best option so I just went to the closest one. Originally I had a time crunch and needed to be seen immediately and unfortunately was unable to be seen but I got lucky and my meeting got pushed back so Roxy at the front desk was so helpful and called up the stylist, Stephanie, to see if she would be willing to see me after her scheduled appointment in a few minutes. She was and I was able to come back to get my blowout!! Now, all of this information is important because Roxy was so accommodating but Stephanie was an absolute PLEASURE. We chatted the whole time and had a little ball together. She was so friendly and sweet and truly made my day. She even trimmed and styled my hair!!! I am obsessed with Cache forever and would give 100 stars if I could. Salon was also clean, cute lighting and the comfiest waiting area with select mini products suggested by the stylists, a lovely touch. Overall, Cache is THE salon in Braselton if you are visiting and Stephanie is the best for a beautiful blowout and a fun chat. Thank you x a million!!

She gladly accepted my money along with a shipping fee and then when she mailed the packaged a week later and was informed by usps that the package wouldn't arrive until after valentines day she decided sending me a message with a "sorry its late" not my fault or problem type of an attitude instead of trying to make things right for the customer. She then stated in a message that she was "nice enough to mail it" and everyone else she mailed to in her local area aren't getting them late and because mine was out of state that's why. I gave her NINE business days to get this package to me by Valentines day.

There were ladies getting hair done and yet not ONE person could say hello, or be right with you...or how can we help. All I wanted to do was schedule a appt for me and my daughter. I couldn't even be treated with any customer service. Which tells me right away what type of business this is and to expect when it comes to my hair. I mean...if your not even going to acknowledge someone who walks in with their daughter then why even have the door unocked. I will now look for another place that at least can say hello and how can I help. I will never go back here. Just disappointed
