Kelly up charges & rips off every one of her customers - she is a very greedy person. She told…read more friends of mine she would clean their couches, she didn't but still charged them $90 on top of her normal rate. She was supposed to clean our floors, bathroom, & kitchen (my friend recommended her until the couch ordeal but we had already hired her). She proceeds to bring the world's oldest wretched vacuum cleaner and turns it on and there is quite literally a cloud of dust coming out of it. When she "mopped" our kitchen she only hit about 20% of the floor & then it smelled like urine (I can't imagine where that mop has been ). When we called her out She swore at my husband over text messages for multiple days on end. If you want a pee smelling kitchen Cozy's is your place! Sad to see a fellow POC business owner damage the community in an area we already struggle in. Do better.

As an older person who cannot do some of the deep cleaning of my apartment, I really appreciate her thoroughness. I ordered the deep cleaning package. She washed the baseboards and all the doors and wiped down the kitchen cabinets. Also wiped out the oven and microwave and polished the stainless appliances. She scrubbed the floors on her hands and knees. The bathrooms sparkle! Kelly is very personable and respectful. Well worth the price.
