Now that can be overlooked and wasn't the real issue of why I am writing this. They needed to seal her medical examination and so that we can send it in for her application which they did and the reason why we couldn't check if there was any mistakes. We waited a few months and finally got our green card interview. After the interview was over, the interviewer said that in the medical papers, they did not date it (it was left empty next to the doctors signature). So he told us to get that fixed and resend it. We went back to the doctors office and let them know the issue and they acted surprised like it shouldn't have been something they missed. That they checked everything before they sealed it (which only adds to their incompetence). We now have to wait a minimum of another 60 days when we have already waited months to get this done all because of their mistake. We had plans to travel and she wanted to go back to her home country to visit her family and now it is all on hold until we get this resolved. This is the first time Ive ever wrote a review let alone a bad one in my entire life. But this is unacceptable. To make such a careless mistake as not dating the signature in such an important matter is now going to cost us months of uncertainty and waiting having her to prolong visiting her family which she hasn't seen in years. Just irresponsible and careless people.
