The main dining room in the back had a large clear glass viewing window through which we could see the chef & the parilla (barbecue grill). We both ordered the lomo vetado cooked medium. Before ordering dessert, we were advised by the server that they were out of the mote con huesillo -- in Chile they usually wait until after you order to tell you they don't have it, so this is really good service for Chile!! They offered a complimentary mint liqueur dessert which looked delicious (we saw them bringing it to other tables) but we passed on it.
