I am seriously so grateful to have this studio in the city. It's affordable, it has a sweet sense of community, and it's so much fun. Definitely recommend.

Its nearly 100 years old, opening in 1928, Our seats were very good, row P. The slope of the floor, allows a good view of the stage from any seat. The seats themselves are older but were still comfortable. I hope i get to see a show there again soon. Security was smooth and easy. Tickets were on AXS app which is the same as other Pabst group shows. Parking is in a structure about 2 blocks away, unless you are lucky & find street parking. U

The caesar salad half portion was plenty for a quick lunch and had good sized anchovy pieces if that's your thing. I really liked the deconstructed crouton crumble with the perfect creamy dressing. Beautiful building with plenty of history and you can tell it's a great spot for professionals looking for a space away from work for meals, wifi, or a workout break. There isn't any easy parking (aside from pay meters with 2 hour limits) as with most of downtown. Plenty of volunteers were stationed throughout to help direct people to their seats. Beverages and snacks were available in the atrium. For bathrooms, I would recommend heading down to the atrium level rather than staying on the upper floor. The upper floor restroom is smaller, and the line was quite long. Sound and view from our seats were both good. The 2026/2027 season is posted now, and there are several shows on it I'd like to see. Being able to catch these here without having to travel to Chicago is a nice perk.

As are the front loge seats. But unlike, say the Fiserv where you get a good view from any seat, further back seats here can get pretty uncomfortable. One little bit of luck I had seating on row W was that this was the second to the last row on orchestra floor, but the last row was set up with sound tables and no one was seating there during my show. And because I had a really tall guy seating in front of me, I couldn't see anything, but I could actually flop up the fold down chair and sit up high without obscuring anyone behind me and get an unobscured view myself. So if I want cheap tickets in the back, get the very back row and sit up like that to get a better view lol. It's not comfortable though.

I do wish the instructor would have made adjustments or assisted with poses - maybe that's not normal for yoga classes, but for other workout classes i've taken it really makes a huge difference as it helps you understand exactly how a pose is supposed to feel. The instructor was great though, as was the class as whole. The reason for four stars instead of five: the building is confusing and it's tough to find their space. The signs say to go to the third floor, but their address on google says 2nd floor. Additionally, there was constructions/drilling going on on the floor during the class and quite a few people outside of the studio talking loudly which made it difficult to relax/concentrate on the breath/flow. Not sure if the door was left open or the walls are just thin - but that was a major negative in my opinion. Though assuming that was atypical, I would certainly come back.

They open up early before the performances to allow guests to grab a drink, snack, or mingle with others. There is a couple bar and snack area open to purchase items. TLDR: Sound Bites Dinner: 4/10 MSO performance and experience: 10/10 We arrived 90 minutes early for the Sound Bites dinner and were seated at our own table in a separate section of the dining area. The tables were huge for two people and I felt a little far away from my husband. Everyone was seated and a little confused on how the dinner was going to go. We snacked on some hors d'oeuvres and got our drinks before dinner was served. There were crackers, cheese, vegetables, salmon bruschetta, a salad, and vichyssoise (potato soup). Soon after, we were served our appetizer, ratatouille, which was very good. Next was beef and fries with some sauce, then a pork chop and piece of casserole to share. It was difficult to know what we were eating as they only thing we were told what it was, was the ratatouille. Also, about halfway through the dinner our waitress that we had disappeared and another person came to to serve us. We were kind of getting ready to leave, since she wasn't there, but then another person came out to give us more food. The whole experience lacked information. We weren't given a menu of what we were eating before we starting eating, we were only told what one dish was, and we weren't sure how many courses/plates of food we would be getting. It would be nice to get an email leading up, a print out, or at the very least told what we would be eating to prepare. We ended up not eating a lot of the last dish since we had filled up on the others, thinking that was it. The food was mediocre, and I was not sure how it was chosen, by what the performance is? seasonal items? It would've been cool if the chef came out and announced anything. I would've been more satisfied going to the food and beverage cart and not doing the formal dinner. It wrapped up about 5 minutes before we headed to our seats, due to the delays with the waitstaff and no one knowing if we needed to stay for another surprise plate of food. I would not do the Sound bites experience again. The performance hall is a beautiful restoration and space. The seats are comfortable and have enough space. We sat on the lower level and had a great view of the stage and move screen. I would like to try sitting up on the balcony to see all of the performers. The whole performance was great, we had a special guest appearance from Massamba Diop, playing the Senegalese talking drum that is featured in the film. Parking near the theater is plentiful with street parking and a parking garage right across the street. A word of warning--when we parked in the parking garage, there was the show we were there for and a Bucks game that evening as well which resulted in $30 parking fee. That said, it was money well spent to be able to park inside and right across the street during a snowstorm. Once we got to the theater, there was no waiting at will-call and we were able to get our tickets in a snap. The line to get in also moved quickly and there ushers waiting to direct us to our seats. All the workers made the experience easy and were friendly to boot. Our seats were on the left side in row L and no complaints about the view from there at all.
