Moments after leaving I sent a picture to my college group of friends and was immediately flooded with positive comments on my new look. Even a female friend of mine said, "I wish you looked this good in college and maybe things would be different", which hurt my feelings a bit, but regardless, I look amazing now thanks to Michael. I am shocked as I walk past the same shop today 1.30.2020 and the same barber is literally in the window shaping up someone's beard! After going to every shop in Greenpoint about 3 or 4 years ago with only a portfolio of wack cuts to show for it, I found Cotter and have never looked back. Both locations are solid, although admittedly the booking interface is different and a little weird for both. Still, have had cuts from barbers at both and were all waaay beyond the local competition. That said, Kristina is my first choice and will stay that way until the ocean reclaims Brooklyn.
