The selection of hot pot items was good as well, with plenty of meats (beef, pork, prawns, mussels, luncheon meat) and vegetables. There is also a build your own dipping sauce corner with vinegar, onions, garlic, satay, etc. Basically after they bring you your soup base you are left to fend for yourself. Kitchen staff occasionally come out to check on what needs to be restocked, and nothing was ever empty for too long. Value was good too, as we ended up paying £17.25/ person. All in all, a pretty great hot pot experience. Much tastier and better value than London hot pots like Shuang Shuang. Will definitely return if I'm ever visiting Cambridge again!

Note to self and for those that read my review, ask for the noodles and soup to be in separate packaging if ordering takeaway or delivery, and reheat it at home

The dumplings were well made and filled with tasty broth. The noodles were chewy with rich and flavorful sauce. The fried dumplings were also a hit and with the small up charge for the crispy crust. The vegetarian options were less of a hit with the dumplings a bit starchy and bland. The noodles had nice fresh veg and their perfect noodles but once again came in a little bland. Service was friendly and the atmosphere is like eating in a friends kitchen who also happens to be a Michelin star chef. Prices are reasonable and quantity is robust. I would definitely put this on your list when visiting Cambridge but maybe leave the vegetarians at home.
