We were charged $5,500 to move several items into assisted living. A significant portion of the charges were to unpack howver, they just threw several boxes into the closet, not unpacked but charged for unpacking. The woman running the estate sale process is rude, unprofessional and refuses to answer questions. Dealing with closing a house and estate is a very difficult process. This company and their staff made it far worse. AVOID THEM!!!
