Even when the cabinet company (KraftMaid, via HomeDepot) sent a few damaged cabinet doors and a cabinet base, Luis and his team were there, accommodating every time another door arrived damaged. Aside from that, this is an old building. It is amazing that it is standing because not one wall is straight, nor the floor or the ceiling. You will not see any of that when you look at my kitchen. Luis and his team managed to "camouflage" it. My budget and the final approval would not allow for any major wall changes besides plastering. They also replaced my floor from tile to parquet-looking. There was an issue with leveling with the saddle of the living room floor, but they worked it out amazingly, too. So thank you, Gotham Builders of NY. I enjoy looking and cooking in my new kitchen.
