After we finished discussing the project I had initially contacted the company about I thought that perhaps they might be a good fit for our master bedroom project we were planning for the spring. Once again, his ideas were amazing! However, while we both had the same thoughts on some things, he blew my mind when he completely came up with the idea of moving the door, taking out not only my closet but the hall closet and the bedroom closet across from the master bedroom! All of this was needed in order to move the door. That was all absolutely amazing and perfect! Unfortunately, when they came back with the quote on my bathroom it was a bit outside of my budget and I had to set them on the sidelines for the time being. We haven't made a decision at this point and, quite frankly, I'm not sure anyone else is going to measure up. We'll have to see. These guys are a tough act to follow!

Left the basement a mess and holes left in floor and walls. Did not follow up and has not returned calls. Contractors stole items from inside house and packages from the mail (porch). Charged way to much money and kept finding excuses to keep increasing the price. Seemed so convincing, trustworthy and concerned but dropped the ball when all is said and done. More to say but this is the gist... removed the load bearing wall in the basement and now the whole upstairs is sinking in and very shaky and unstable.

I paid for the work and repainted the wall on the inside. Now 3 months later the leak is back and MGM Construction won't return my calls. I got thru once and was told they would be out the next day but no one ever showed up. I changed phones and they picked up instantly and assured me they would be out to address the leak "AGAIN", but never showed up. If you need a nice smile and a promises, then this is the company for you. But if you want your moneys worth, I would look else where.
