This was the most seamless process. The office was clean and the staff was friendly. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

As a family member of someone who has been here off and on long term over the last 6 months, the staff either doesn't take notes or doesn't read them. Not passive aggressive, straight up aggressive, and they're not afraid to say things to heavily insinuate you're just crazy and stupid. I went in for a concern of contact dermatitis after a bad reaction to aloe vera gel, since I've had contact dermatitis in the past, and when asked if I had any medical issues I've been diagnosed with, I stupidly told them I have a specific mental disorder that doesn't heavily impact my life now, and immediately the nurse practitioner became aggressive and dismissive of my concerns. I decided to refuse care since everything they wanted to do were things I can do at home for free, NP became more aggressive, and I wasn't the only one refusing care from him; I heard another patient saying they didn't want treatment from him and wanted to leave immediately. I wish I remembered the NP's name. He only upset me even more than I already was from the itchiness and pain I was experiencing. If you can go somewhere else, do so.
