I was concerned that it might be a day or two because of volume on super hot week. Cameron came within 45 minutes because he said I was a repeat customer! A fuse had blown which was a relief & when I turned on the thermostat it blew out too! So glad he was there to fix it at the same time! And I got to choose from 3 types of thermostats. I called CCE due to really good recs from Yukon Happenings fb group and they were awesome. They showed up by the next morning. Joey checked everything out and was completely transparent with everything going on up there and even took pictures and took the time to explain everything and answer every question. They found that the previous tech mightve also not done his due diligence regarding a few other areas which we find troubling. Nonetheless, Joey was awesome and despite seeing the questionable work the last technician has done, he was very careful with his words and made sure he didnt diss the other guy. Martin was also great answering all my questions, explaining all recommended solutions, and was very transparent with pricing. The night before installation, they brought over a portable AC unit for me to temporarily use until the new unit was installed. They gave me a great deal with discounts and threw in a free service of them maintaining the unit for the next year to make sure everything is working well. HVAC went out Friday and they came and installed the new unit by Wednesday. They came at 8 am and finished by around 1:30pm with a 4 person crew! They explained everything before they left and they cleaned up everything too. No issues with the new unit so far!! Couldnt recommend them more!

They called me the next day ( thurs)and told me that locke supply and Johnston didn't have the part. My husband drove to locke supply and purchased the part. ( you know the one that locke didn't have) Superhero came back out on Fri and spent 6 hours fixing our ac. He even called his supervisor out to help. When they left they told my husband a breaker was bad. My husband ended up changing out 3 breakers because changing the 1 they said didn't fix our unit so he tried the other 2. I called out a different company who came out and in less than an hour had my ac unit up and running. I was told by the new company that Superhero wired a wire wrong and was grounding out the unit.
